摘要: A fluid control device includes a fluid pipe section including a fluid inlet and outlet connectable in series to a fluid pipe. A fluid valve is coupled in series within the fluid pipe section separating a fluid inlet and outlet side and controlling a fluid flow. An electric motor is mechanically connected to the fluid valve. A temperature sensor is connected to the fluid pipe section monitoring a temperature of the fluid flow. A pressure sensor is connected to the fluid pipe section monitoring a pressure of the fluid flow. A flow rate sensor is connected to the fluid pipe section monitoring a flow rate of the fluid flow. A control device processor is electrically connected to the electric motor and electrically connected to the sensors. A communication device coupled to the control device processor is for wirelessly connecting to a remotely disposed fluid monitoring and control system.

摘要: The present application discloses electronic plumbing fixture fittings, such as electronic faucets, with a shaped and limited sensor detection zone. Exemplary embodiments include devices with a plurality of overlapping sensors and devices with a single time-of-flight (TOF) sensor capable of detecting the presence or absence of an object whether or not water is flowing out of a discharge outlet in the in a TOF detection zone.

摘要: The present invention provides a sump pump system, including a sump pump monitor and application. The sump pump system includes a sump pump. Components of the sump pump system are installed in and/or near a sump. The sump collects liquid, such as water, from an inlet pipe. The sump pump is operable to remove water from the sump. The sump pump is fluidly connected to a discharge pipe. The discharge pipe is operable to carry water from the sump pump to a storm sewer or other discharge point.

摘要: The present invention provides a wand hose for providing two flow paths to a faucet with a wand that can be pulled away from a body of the faucet. The hose includes an inner hose defining a first flow path which extends through an outer hose. A second flow path extends between the inner hose and the outer sleeve. The first flow path couples to a first wand waterway and the second flow path couples to a second wand waterway. The inner hose may be continuously pressurized with fluid. The downstream end of the inner hose may be relatively unsecured in the wand.

摘要: A wand with variable flow and a flow lock is provided. The wand comprises a shell, a waterway, a flow module, a flow actuator module, and a flow lock module. The waterway includes a first flow passage and a second flow passage. The flow module is operable to be disposed between the first flow passage and the second flow passage. The flow module includes a flow control mechanism that is operable to move between a first position and a second position. The flow actuator module includes a flow actuation mechanism that is operable to move between a first position and a second position. The flow lock module includes a lock mechanism that is operable to move between a first position and a second position. When the lock mechanism is in the first position, the flow control mechanism is operable to move between the first position and the second position. When the lock mechanism is in the second position, the flow control mechanism is not operable to move between the first position and the second position and is locked in the second position. When the lock mechanism is in the second position, the lock mechanism is operable to move from the second position to the first position by at least one of actuating the flow actuation mechanism and actuating the lock mechanism. When the lock mechanism is moved from the second position to the first position, the flow control mechanism is moved from the second position to the first position.

摘要: The present invention provides a wand for a faucet that may be pulled away from a body of the faucet and manipulated by a user. A wand extends through a body of the faucet and couples to the wand such that the wand may be pulled away from the faucet and swiveled by a user. A hose coupler connects the wand to the faucet supply hose such that the wand may be manipulated by a user, such as when continuously pressurized fluid is received. The wand hose provides a first flow path to a first waterway of the wand and a second flow path to a second waterway of the wand.
