    摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming array substrates having a peripheral wiring area and a display area. The method is processed by only three lithography processes with two multi-tone photomasks and one general photomask. In the peripheral wiring area, the top conductive line directly contacts the bottom conductive line without any other conductive layer. The conventional lift-off process is eliminated, thereby preventing a material (not dissolved by a stripper) from suspending in the stripper or remaining on the array substrate surface.

    摘要: A positioning method and a driving apparatus of a touch panel are provided. The touch panel includes a conductive layer with anisotropic conductivity, a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are respectively disposed on a first side and a second side of the conductive layer. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are sensed to obtain a plurality of sensing values. A first relative extreme portion at least having a relative extreme is defined among the first electrodes. A second relative extreme portion at least having a relative extreme is defined among the second electrodes. A ratio of sensing values is calculated according to the first relative extreme portion and the second relative extreme portion. A position of a touch point on the touch panel in a first axial direction is calculated with the ratio of sensing values.

The drive circuit includes a gate driver, a timing control circuit, and a wave signal generation circuit. The timing control circuit sends a timing control signal to the gate driver and the wave signal generation circuit. The wave signal generation circuit generates a control signal according to the timing control signal, and generates a wave signal according to the control signal. The gate driver generates scan signals according to the timing control signal and the wave signal. Before the voltage of the scan signal changes from a maximum voltage to a minimum voltage, the voltage of the scan signal decreases to an invariable middle voltage that is between the minimum voltage and the maximum voltage during a fall time of the scan signal.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel having a plurality of pixel units, a scanning driver configured to provide scanning signals to scan the pixel units, a data driver configured to provide data voltage signals to the pixel electrode of the pixel units; and a common voltage driver configured to provide a common voltage signal to the common electrodes of the pixel units. Each pixel unit includes a pixel electrode and a common electrode, and the pixel units cooperatively display picture frame by frame. A dummy cycle period is defined between two sequent normal frame periods. The common voltage signal is an alternating current voltage signal in each normal frame period, and a polarity of the common voltage signal is fixed in the dummy cycle. A method for driving a liquid crystal display is also provided.

The sensing device includes a photo element, a comparison circuit, and a logic circuit. The photo element senses the light and generates a current signal at a first node. The comparison circuit includes a filter for filtering a high-frequency component on the current signal, and the comparison circuit generates a result signal according to the filtered current signal. The logic circuit receives the result signal and performs a logic operation to the result signal to generate the sensing output signal.

    摘要: A multi-touch detecting method is adapted for detecting touched points on a touch panel that includes first and second conductive films. The first conductive film exhibits electric anisotropy, and has a lower resistivity in a first direction. The multi-touch detecting method includes: applying a first voltage to the first conductive film; applying a second voltage greater than the first voltage to the second conductive film; measuring sequentially voltages at different measuring points of the first conductive film; obtaining a first local maximum voltage, a second local maximum voltage and a local minimum voltage from the measured voltages; determining a first location of the touched points based on a location of the measuring point corresponding to the first local maximum voltage; and determining a second location of the touched points based on a location of the measuring point corresponding to the second local maximum voltage.
