Abstract: A method of performing a real-time non-inquiry electronic transaction is provided. The method includes receiving, by a paying bank computing system associated with a paying bank, a posting of a transaction from an account verification service, the transaction corresponding to a transfer of funds from the paying bank computing system to a depository computing system associated with a depository bank. The method further includes sending, by the paying bank computing system, an acknowledgement of the transaction to the account verification service, wherein the transaction is determined to be a non-inquiry transaction such that the transaction is posted at the depository bank computing system without performing an initial inquiry regarding the transaction at the account verification service.

Abstract: A biller processor computing system is associated with a biller. The biller processor computing system includes a processing resource, a memory resource, and computer-executable instructions stored thereon and embodied in a biller processor application programming interface (API) engine. The instructions, when executed by the processing resource, cause the biller processor computing system to extract a payer identifier from an electronic bill (e.g., an electronic bill received from the biller). Based at least on the payer identifier, a corresponding electronic token is retrieved from data storage media. The electronic token relates to payer authentication information for a biller computing system, which is communicatively coupled to the biller processor computing system. The electronic token is included in the electronic bill, and the electronic bill is transmitted to a payer computing system.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for performing exchanges. One method includes receiving a request identifying a payor account and an amount of funds to transfer an account associated with a customer of the depository bank computing system, determining the request qualifies for a non-inquiry transaction (NIT) protocol, transmitting, by the depository bank computing system to an account verification service computing system over the real-time data channel, a guarantee offer including a payor account token based on the shared account status information, receiving, over the real-time data channel and from the account verification service computing system, an accepted guarantee offer, crediting an account of the customer, receiving, over the real-time data channel, a guarantee override, and reversing the transfer of funds associated with the guarantee.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for a funds transfer is provided. A method includes: receiving a fund transfer request from a user regarding a payee and an amount of funds to transfer to the payee; sending the fund transfer request to a computing system coupled to a first payment directory and a second payment directory; receiving an identification of the payee and a second payment directory based on the fund transfer request; receiving an identification of a data collision regarding information associated with the payee and another user; displaying information regarding the identified payee; receiving an indication from a user that the information regarding the identified payee is correct; sending an instruction that facilitates identification of the payee by resolving the data collision; and providing, via a mobile device, a message indicating that the fund transfer has been completed.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method receive information regarding a funds transfer from a payor to a payee. The information is received by a depository computer system. The depository computer system forwards the information regarding the funds transfer to an account verification service computer system. The depository receives an indication of a real-time account status of an account of the payor. The account status information is received from a paying bank computer system that maintains the account of the payor via the account verification service computer system. Release of the funds to the payee is authorized based on the account status information received via the account verification service computer system. The authorization occurs in real-time relative to when the funds transfer information is initially received.
