    Abstract: Provided by the embodiments of the present invention are a determination method, a terminal, and a network device, relating to the technical field of communications, and intended to solve the problem of uplink transmission delay in the related art when a UE uses semi-static scheduling for uplink transmission on an unlicensed band. The method include: receiving first information from a network device; the first information is used to indicate M candidate transmission opportunities for an uplink data channel in a first period, the first period is a period of semi-static scheduling resources on an unlicensed band, and M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and determining M candidate transmission opportunities for the uplink data channel in the first period according to the first information.
