    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a synchronization signal block (SSB). The UE may perform a measurement of the SSB during a measurement window for an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the measurement window is an extended measurement window as compared to a scheduled measurement window for a licensed carrier. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the measurement of the SSB during the measurement window, a configured grant small data transmission (CG-SDT) in the unlicensed spectrum to the network entity, wherein the CG-SDT is based at least in part on a timing alignment validation after the measurement window. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first indication to perform a first positioning measurement having a first measurement method type and targeting a first positioning frequency layer (PFL). The UE may receive, prior to completion of measurements associated with the first positioning measurement, a second indication to perform a second positioning measurement having a second measurement method type and targeting a second PFL. The UE may determine an order in which to perform the measurements associated with the first indication and measurements associated with the second indication.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a measurement configuration that includes information associated with one or more target frequencies in a first frequency range, such as Frequency Range 2 (FR2). The UE may perform measurements of the one or more target frequencies in the first frequency range in accordance with the measurement configuration while the UE is in an idle or inactive state. The UE may transition from the idle or inactive state to a connected state based on performing a random access procedure with a network entity. Accordingly, the UE may transmit an indication of a measurement report associated with the measurements of the one or more target frequencies in the first frequency range based on transitioning from the idle or inactive state to the connected state.
