Abstract: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters of a bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The BWP may comprise resource block (RB) sets having respective RB indexes. The wireless device may receive, during a downlink control channel occasion, downlink control information (DCI) via a RB set of the RB sets of the BWP of the cell. The wireless device may transmit a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook comprising HARQ-ACK information bits corresponding to a plurality of DCIs, comprising the DCI. Each HARQ-ACK information bit, of the HARQ-ACK information bits, may correspond to a respective DCI of the plurality of DCIs, and the HARQ-ACK information bits may be in order of the RB indexes of the RB sets via which the plurality of DCIs are received.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) comprising parameters of a plurality physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions of a cell. A wireless device may determine, for a transport block (TB), a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process associated with a first PUSCH transmission of the plurality of PUSCH transmissions. In response to a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, for the TB of the first PUSCH transmission, indicating a busy channel, the wireless device may transmit the TB via a second PUSCH transmission, of the plurality PUSCH transmissions, associated with a second HARQ process.

Abstract: A method can include receiving one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages. The messages can include physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) skipping durations; parameters of cell discontinuous transmission (cell DTX) configuration; and other parameters of a PDCCH for a downlink control information (DCI) indicating an activation/deactivation of the cell DTX configuration. The method can also include receiving, based on the other parameters, a DCI indicating the activation of the Cell DTX configuration comprising a cell DTX active time and a cell DTX inactive time. The method can further include receiving another DCI indicating a PDCCH skipping duration, of the PDCCH skipping durations. The method can additionally include starting PDCCH skipping after receiving the another DCI and terminating, in response to the cell DTX configuration being activated by the DCI, the PDCCH skipping when entering outside the cell DTX active time of the cell DTX configuration.

Abstract: A method performed by a wireless device can include receiving, from a master base station associated with a master cell group, a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message. The RRC message can include a configuration parameter of a secondary cell group (SCG) and a plurality of counters and can indicate that the plurality of counters is for subsequent cell group change. The method can also include transmitting, to the secondary base station and based on applying the configuration parameter of the SCG, a first RRC reconfiguration complete message using a first security key derived based on a first counter of the plurality of counters. The method can further include transmitting, to the secondary base station and based on applying the configuration parameter of the SCG, a second RRC reconfiguration complete message using a second security key derived based on a second counter of the plurality of counters.

Abstract: A wireless device receives at least one configured grant (CG) configuration indicating: one or more first parameters indicating a plurality of CGs, and a configuration parameter enabling transmission of uplink control information (UCI) for unused transmission occasions associated with the plurality of CGs. The wireless device determines an amount of data available for transmission via one or more first CGs of the plurality of CGs. The wireless device transmits, based on the configuration parameter and the amount of data, the UCI via a second CG of the plurality of CGs. The UCI indicates whether uplink resources of the one or more first CGs are going to be used or unused for uplink transmissions.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive, based on an RNTI associated with a multicast and broadcast services (MBS) session, a group common downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a transport block (TB) of the MBS session. Based on the RNTI being associated with the MBS session, the wireless device may determine a scrambling identity for a TB of the MBS session. The wireless device may receive the TB scrambled with a scrambling sequence initialized based on a value of the scrambling identity and a value of the RNTI.

The plurality of bands comprise a first band associated with a first priority, and a second band associated with a second priority. The wireless device determines, for an uplink switching between the first band and the second band, an uplink switching period location to be in the first band, based on the first priority being lower than the second priority. The wireless device transmits, based on the uplink switching period location, an uplink transmission via one of the first band and the second band.
