Abstract:
The present invention describes a connector (1) with conical or semi-conical section, with snap-type bayonet coupling mechanism that allows an easy fixation and remotion of a building structure. These connectors can present variable geometry and length. A building structure comprising a plurality of such connectors (1) as well as a process of construction of said building structure is also described here.
Abstract:
A system for assembling a transpiring, “disposable” heat-insulation shuttering mould and/or formwork used to cast a concrete surface, which includes at least one supporting plane featuring one upper surface on which a plurality of supports are arranged, which are suited to accommodate and retain (at least sideways inside themselves) at least one longitudinal or reticular portion of a tubular element.
Abstract:
A variable-geometry modular structure made of a metallic or plastic alloy, having at least one modular element with variable-geometry, with a honey-comb structure, to be joined to different modular components to obtain different embodiments. The modular element has a series of passages in which vacuum is created when manufacturing, through molding or extrusion, the modular element itself; the above modular element is a structural element and has at the same time insulating characteristics. The external surfaces of the modular element have a series of recesses and ribs, shaped as a dovetail, that allow mutually joining two or more elements. Modular elements can further be butt-joined by using posts arranged next to the passages. The modular element can be joined to a panel which has a substantially smooth or a corrugated external surface, which is used for applying plaster or other finishing elements, such as any type photovoltaic panels or tiles.
Abstract:
A structural heat-insulation spacing, element used for making a “disposable” heat-insulation formwork used to cast reinforced concrete into a crawl space, made up of at least one supporting body defining, inside itself, at least one through-hollow co-axial to such supporting body, such through-hollow being suited to minimize a contact surface on the ground provided by such spacing element.
Abstract:
A prefabricated ribbed panel for installation either in a horizontal, vertical or inclined condition, characterized in that said panel comprises a caisson block (1) made of an inert insulating material, defining a plurality of recesses (2) for housing therein a longitudinal reinforcement structure (10) which can be embedded in a first concrete casting (11) made at a concrete casting shop; a first finishing slab floor (13) with an electrowelded network (15) at panel joining regions being moreover provided.

Abstract:
A modular construction system used for reinforcing all shapes of foundation, pillars, isolated footings and anti-seismic separators intended for transpiring, heat-insulation variable-geometry formwork, including at least one guide plane for the vertical elements of such reinforcement and at least one supporting bracket for such plane, said bracket being suited to make it possible to install such guide plane relative to such transpiring, “disposable” heat-insulation formwork.
