    Abstract: A cannula for minimally invasive surgical tricuspid valve repair, constituted by two coaxial tubes—an outer short one (2) and an inner long one (3), of which the inner long tube (3) is slidably movable relative to the outer short tube (2), and its proximal end is constituted by a head (4) which in the folded position has a cone shape with an axial inlet hole (5) in the axis of the upper base, while in the unfolded position, with the outer short tube (2) slid off in the distal direction, the head (4) has the shape of a cup extending outwardly. The outer edge of the cup has a diameter about three times the inner diameter of the cannula (1). The outer short tube (2) is equipped with at least one rigid tie rod (8) the free end of which extends along the inner wall of the inner long tube (3) beyond its distal end.

    Abstract: A method of pressure control in the pneumatic compression bandage and a pneumatic compression bandage includes a cuff with a chamber to be filled with a pressurized fluid. The device has a harness to fasten the cuff in the wound area and a control and pumping unit (6) connected pneumatically to the chamber in the cuff via a hose. The unit includes an electrical pump, an electromechanical valve connected electrically with the unit, a pressure sensor connected electrically with the unit (6). The controller of the pressure in the cuff chamber is of the PID type, including a proportional, integral and derivative modules, to control the electric pump to increase pressure in the cuff chamber and to control the valve to reduce pressure in the cuff chamber.

    Abstract: A cannula comprising a plastic tube having three longitudinal chambers, including a main chamber, a first lateral chamber and a second lateral chamber, and at least one reinforced section ensuring constant internal diameter, wherein the cannula is equipped from the distal side with a round end narrowing towards the end, in which there are longitudinal holes of a size enabling free venous blood flow, and a balloon. A fragment of the reinforced tube section located below the balloon is bent under an angle α of approximately 90°. From the proximal side, the tube ends with a flexible cone, sealing the cannula tightly, inside which there is a valve closing the main chamber and a port for inflating the balloon connected to the first lateral chamber.
