    Abstract: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate having a first conductivity type, an emitter layer on a surface of the semiconductor substrate, the emitter layer having a second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type, and electrodes including a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter layer, and a second electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor substrate. The emitter layer includes a high-concentration doping portion adjacent to the first electrode, and a low-concentration doping portion in a region that does not include the high-concentration doping portion. The low-concentration doping portion has a higher resistance than the high-concentration doping portion. The high-concentration doping portion includes a first region having a first resistance, and a second region having a second resistance higher than the first resistance.

    Abstract: A solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and first and second electrodes, each of which has a different polarity and is extended in a first direction on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a plurality of conductive lines extended in a second direction crossing the first direction on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, connected to one of the first and second electrodes through a conductive adhesive, and insulated from the other electrode by an insulating layer. The conductive adhesive includes a first adhesive layer connected to the one electrode and a second adhesive layer positioned on the first adhesive layer and connected to the plurality of conductive lines.

    Abstract: A solar cell module is disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate, in which a p-n junction is formed, and a plurality of first and second electrodes which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate and are separated from each other, a plurality of interconnectors which are connected to the first electrodes or the second electrodes included in each solar cell and connect the plurality of solar cells in series, and a conductive adhesive attaching the interconnectors to the first electrodes or the second electrodes. The conductive adhesive includes the same material or the same metal-based material as a metal material included in at least one of the interconnectors or the first and second electrodes.
