A digital television including a display, an interface, a communication unit, a broadcast receiver, and a controller to: display broadcast content, display a screen corresponding to a voice recognition mode, receive a first voice command signal corresponding to a first voice command, which is a single voice command including a first part defining a search source of an Internet based search engine and a second part defining a first search keyword, display a web page corresponding to the search source, which includes a first search result corresponding to first information stored on a remote server, receive a second voice command signal corresponding to a second voice command, in which the second voice command is a single voice command including the first search keyword, and display a second search result corresponding to the first search keyword from the second voice command, which corresponds to second information stored in the digital television.

A method of writing a specific time point through a familiar pattern input that can be instantaneously applied to a portion desired to be memorize or highlighted by the user during audio recording. An electronic device according to an embodiment disclosed in the present disclosure may include a storage unit configured to store audio data and the recording information of the audio data; a controller configured to convert an input audio signal into audio data to store the audio data; a display unit configured to display one or more texts based on the execution of a speech-to-text (STT) for the input audio signal; and an input unit configured to receive a specific pattern input or a selection input for part of the texts from the user while receiving the audio signal.

A digital television can include a display; an interface to receive a control signal from a remote controller; a communication unit for internet access; a broadcast receiver; and a controller to display broadcast content received through the broadcast receiver, display a screen corresponding to a voice recognition mode in response to entering the voice recognition mode, the screen includes a symbol and text indicating the voice recognition mode, receive a voice command signal corresponding to a voice command through the remote controller in the voice recognition mode while the broadcast content is displayed, in which the voice command is input via a microphone provided in the remote controller, and the input voice command includes a search source and a search keyword, and display a web page corresponding to the search source included in the voice command, which includes a search window including the search keyword and a search result.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal and a voice recognition method thereof. The voice recognition method may include receiving a user's voice; providing the received voice to a first voice recognition engine provided in the server and a second voice recognition engine provided in the mobile terminal; acquiring first voice recognition data as a result of recognizing the received voice by the first voice recognition engine; acquiring second voice recognition data as a result of recognizing the received voice by the second voice recognition engine; estimating a function corresponding to the user's intention based on at least one of the first and the second voice recognition data; calculating a similarity between the first and the second voice recognition data when personal information is required for the estimated function; and selecting either one of the first and the second voice recognition data based on the calculated similarity.

Provided are a mobile terminal and a control method therefor. The mobile terminal includes: a touchscreen disposed on one side of a main body of the terminal; a push key mounted on the main body to receive a push input; and a controller that displays virtual keys associated with the settings or control of the terminal on the touchscreen when the push key is pushed, and executes functions associated with a speech recognition mode when a set period of time elapses without at least one touch input on the virtual keys being sensed.
