Abstract:
Provided is a cooked rice molding apparatus which ensures that a formed cooked rice product falls while keeping almost the same posture without inclining. Part of a concave molding surface 420 of a forming roller 410 is open toward an end surface of the forming roller 410 and a groove-like guide portion 460 is provided in a pair of supporting panels 450 which support both end surfaces of the forming roller 410, whereby part of cooked rice compressed within the concave molding surface 420 and pushed out of both ends of the concave molding surface 420 is received by a guide portion 460 and part of the rice ball is caused to fall along the guide portion 460.
Abstract:
Provided is a food molding apparatus which performs all steps from forming to conveyance and storage in one housing and which is small in size and inexpensive. A conveyance section 500 which holds a formed cooked rice product (a rice ball 10) by use of holding arms 510 is provided, within a housing, with an X-axis moving unit 570 which moves the formed cooked rice product in an X-axis direction and a Z-axis moving unit 550 which moves the formed cooked rice product in a Z-axis direction. A storage section 600 provided with a tray 610 on which the rice ball 10 is to be placed is further provided, within the housing, a Y-axis moving unit 630 which moves the tray 610 in a Y-axis direction, whereby the rice balls 10 are spread over on the tray 610.

Abstract:
There is provided an apparatus for producing a roll foodstuff, which includes a roll maker having improvement in push of three rotating plates, wherein the first and second rotating plates (32) and (33) have cam members (41) and (42) with each curved bottom between the front and the rear, respectively; wherein the cam members (41) and (42) are symmetrically disposed on the back of respective first and second rotating plates such that the curved bottoms are opposite each other; and wherein the lift board (61) is in contact with the cam member so that upward movement of the lift board (61) causes rotation of the first and second rotating plates.
