    Abstract: (Solution) A determination apparatus configured to determine deterioration of a fluid to be used in circulation includes: a power index acquisition section configured to acquire information indicating a value of a power index, which is an index that represents a state of a pump for circulating the fluid and that is correlated with magnitude of power consumption of the pump; and a determination section configured to, based on the value of the power index acquired by the power index acquisition section, determine (i) whether the fluid has deteriorated, (ii) a degree of the deterioration of the fluid, and/or (iii) necessity of replacement of the fluid. The power index acquisition section may acquire the information indicating the value of the power index in each of one or more periods.

    Abstract: A reuse determination system of a power unit for propelling a vehicle includes an acquisition section configured to acquire operation history data including torque data and number of rotations data of the rotating electrical machine, an estimation section configured to estimate a load of each of a plurality of components constituting the power unit, based on at least one of the torque data or the number of rotations data, and a determination section configured to compare, for each of the plurality of components constituting the power unit, each load estimated by the estimation section with a threshold set for each of the plurality of components and determine that the power unit is to be reused, when the load of each of the plurality of components estimated by the estimation section is equal to or less than the threshold set for each of the plurality of components.

    Abstract: A magnet material producing method includes demagnetizing, by thermal demagnetization in an irreversible manner, a molded permanent magnet, by heating the permanent magnet in a presence of a reducing substance having a reducing property stronger than nitrogen molecules, and cooling the demagnetized permanent magnet to create a molded magnet material. A magnet material with a thickness of 30 µm or more contains, as main components, a rare earth element and a transition metal element. In the above described magnet material, a ratio of (b) a carbon concentration in a surface layer region that is a region within 10 µm from a surface of the magnet material to (a) a carbon concentration in an interior region that is a region arranged in a position away from the surface of the magnet material by more than 10 µm and having a thickness of 10 µm is 1.1 or more.
