    Abstract: A blood filtering device comprises a casing defining a containment volume and provided with at least a first inlet for the venous blood, at least a second inlet for the intracavitary blood, at least a third inlet for the extra cavitary blood and at least an outlet mouth for the blood; blood filtering means which are housed inside the containment volume and delimiting at least one filtering volume communicating with the blood inlets and at least one collecting volume communicating with the outlet mouth; where filtering means comprise: at least a first filtering element defining a closed profile and delimiting a first filtering volume communicating with the first inlet; at least a second filtering element defining a closed profile and delimiting a second filtering volume communicating with the second inlet; at least a third filtering element defining a closed profile and delimiting a third filtering volume communicating with the third inlet.

    Abstract: A device (1) for the extracorporeal oxygenation of the blood of a patient, comprising a containment casing (2) which has at least an inlet port (4) of the venous blood and at least an outlet port (5) of the arterial blood, at least an inlet channel (6) and at least an outlet channel (7) of a work gas intended to provide oxygen to blood and/or to remove CO2 from the same, at least a bundle of hollow fibers (8) arranged within the casing (2) and placed between the inlet channel (6) and the outlet channel (7), the hollow fibers being in communication with the inlet and outlet channels (6, 7) and being intended to be crossed by the relative work gas, at least a first and at least a second filtering elements (12, 13) arranged inside the bundle of hollow fibers (8) and spaced apart the one from the other, the filtering elements (12, 13) being able to trap any air bubbles present in the treated blood, where the first and second filtering elements (12, 13) define a relative open profile and where the hollow fibers (8) cross the first and second filtering elements (12, 13) uninterruptedly.

    Abstract: A device for the measurement of carbon dioxide in a working gas comprises: a tubular body inside which a working gas is conveyed; at least one emitter of an optical signal arranged at the tubular body; at least one receiver of the optical signal arranged at the tubular body on the opposite side of the emitter; heating unit arranged at least one of the emitter and the receiver; wherein the device comprises at least one temperature sensor positioned in the proximity of the heating unit, at least one control unit operatively connected to the emitter, to the receiver, to the heating unit and to the sensor, the control circuit unit comprising correction unit which are configured to correct the value of the optical signal detected by the receiver depending on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor.
