Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for computer-based autonomous discharge queue management. Individuals having been admitted to a medical facility such as an emergency department are autonomously screened and prioritized for discharge. The screening can be performed based on one or more screening criteria including a determination of whether an individual's vital signs have stabilized. The prioritization can be performed based on one or more prioritization criteria. In exemplary embodiments, the prioritization criteria include length of stay, disability status and age. The resulting prioritized discharge queue, a portion thereof, or some other indication of discharge priority based thereon can be provided to one or more caregiver devices in the medical facility to assist with discharging individuals in a quick and efficient manner.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for identification of patients or family member having genetic disease or probable genetic disease. During or after registration of a patient, parents, grandparents, or siblings of the patient are identified. If it is determined that one of the patient or the parents, grandparents, or siblings of the patient has been assigned with a diagnosis indicating a genetic disease, an alert for genetic disease or probable genetic disease for the patient or family member of the patient is provided. A clinician is then prompted to confirm or rule out the patient or family member inheriting the disease.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods, systems, and computer storage media for detecting sepsis in a maternal patient and causing for display a visual indicator of a graphical object. In some aspects sepsis may be detected based on a maternal patient's patient information and/or clinical diagnostic. Technologies described herein may be used to determine maternal-fetal sepsis and provide a graphical object of a patient's risk of the maternal-fetal sepsis. The visual indicator and graphical object may be identifiable to a clinician as a warning of a risk for maternal-fetal sepsis. In this way, maternal-fetal sepsis may be identified and a graphical object may be generated, facilitating timely treatment and early diagnosis of maternal-fetal sepsis.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for computer based healthcare information to automatically provide reminders to a patient to take prescription medications at the appropriate times on the patient's mobile device. The patient enters a medical record number (MRN) into the mobile device and this information is communicated to the patient's electronic medical record. The user device receives the prescription information for the MRN from the patient's electronic medical record. Utilizing the prescription information on the user's device, the user can view and set reminders to take the medication directly from the patient's mobile device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems, methods, and user interfaces for providing voice-activated ambulance booking. Initially, a non-medical user initiates a workflow, via a voice command, that enables the user to provide information about a patient that can be utilized to prioritize the booking of ambulances for patients. Upon providing the initial voice command, the workflow is provided, via a user interface of the user device. The workflow comprises a series of questions corresponding to a status of the patient that can easily be answered merely by observing the patient (e.g., is the patient conscious, is the patient breathing, is the patient bleeding). Based on responses provided by the user, an ambulance is requested for the patient. User device vitals including battery charge levels and signal strength can be used to resolve conflicts if multiple requests are made.
