Abstract: A Traffic Classification (TCLAS) element enhancement for Low Latency, Low Loss, Scalable Throughout (L4S) flow classification may be provided. First, a client device may determine that a flow is an L4S flow. Next, the client device may communicate that the flow is L4S using an enhanced TCLAS element. Then an Access Point (AP) may use the enhanced TCLAS element to schedule the flow.

Abstract: Low Latency, Low Loss, Scalable Throughput (L4S) latency improvements may be provided. Improving L4S can include determining traffic in a L4S queue has crossed above a first threshold. In response to determining the traffic in the L4S queue has crossed above the first threshold, a priority of the L4S queue is increased. When it is determined the traffic in the L4S queue has crossed above a second threshold, a congestion notification is sent.

Abstract: A method comprises, at a wireless network controller of wireless access points through which wireless client devices that are wireless communicate with the controller: upon receiving, from a wireless client device, a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) request having a media access control (MAC) address, determining whether the wireless client device rotated its MAC address from a previous MAC address to the MAC address; when the wireless client device rotated its MAC address, forwarding, to a DHCP service, the DHCP request with a notification of a MAC address rotation to cause the DHCP service to reassign a previously assigned Internet Protocol (IP) address to the wireless client device; and upon receiving, from the DHCP service, a DHCP offer asserting the previously assigned IP address, forwarding the DHCP offer to the wireless client device.

Abstract: Control of service provider information collection and, particularly, control of Access Point (AP) location crowdsourcing and time zone information may be provided. A time zone to use in a venue can be determined. A time zone field can be set indicating the time zone. A venue mobility field can be set indicating the venue is mobile. One or more elements comprising the time zone field and the venue mobility field can be sent to a Station (STA), wherein the STA is operable to use the time zone according to the time zone field and based on the venue mobility field indicating the venue is mobile.

Abstract: An epoch scheme for Station (STA) privacy and, specifically, a structured Media Access Control (MAC) address rotation schedule for STAs may be provided. Providing an epoch scheme for STA privacy can include determining epoch parameters for a STA, the epoch parameters comprising a minimum epoch period duration and a maximum epoch period duration. The epoch parameters are sent to the STA, wherein the STA is operable to rotate a MAC address each epoch period at a time between the minimum epoch period duration and the maximum epoch period duration. A mapping of the STA and the MAC address can be updated each epoch period.

Abstract: A request for a virtual background is received from an endpoint of a participant who is participating in an online meeting. The request includes a description of the virtual background. One or more virtual backgrounds are generated using an image generator based on a command that includes the description of the virtual background. The one or more virtual backgrounds are transmitted to the endpoint. A selection of the virtual background from the one or more virtual backgrounds is received and the selection is used to train the image generator. A request to use the virtual background may be received from a second participant of the online meeting and the virtual background or text used to generate the virtual background may be transmitted to the second participant.

Abstract: A method is provided that is performed for a wireless network that includes one or more wireless client devices that may rotate their media access control (MAC) address used for wireless communication with one or more wireless access point devices in the wireless network. The method includes determining an impact of MAC address rotation by the one or more wireless client devices on operational resources of one or more networking devices or networking processes in a network infrastructure associated with the wireless network. The method further includes scheduling MAC address rotation by the one or more wireless client devices according to the impact on operational resources of the one or more networking devices or networking processes in the network infrastructure.

Abstract: Multi-AP Coordination (MAPC) configuration protocol may be provided. MAPC modes supported by a plurality of Access Points (APs) may be discovered. A MAPC group of a sub-set of APs of the plurality of APs may be formed. Each AP of the sub-set of APs of the MAPC group may support at least one common MAPC mode. Roles including a leader and followers of the MAPC group may be advertised. A first AP of the MAPC group may be assigned as the leader and remaining APs of the MAPC group may be assigned as the followers.

Abstract: The present technology allows coordination of channels of private wireless networks utilizing shared licensed and unlicensed spectrum. Wireless network operators in an enterprise location register to participate in a consortium and register licensed, shared, and unlicensed spectrum resources to be shared with other members of the consortium. The wireless network operators request an allocation of spectrum resources from the consortium. The consortium generates a radio resource management (“RRM”) plan for shared use of the licensed, shared, and unlicensed spectrum resources. The consortium combines the allocated licensed, shared, and unlicensed spectrum from each of the wireless network operators to meet the target RRM plan. The consortium monitors spectrum utilization to dynamically update the RRM. The consortium monitors spectrum utilization in real time to determine how closely the RRM plan matches the resources allocated to each wireless network operator.

Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to a process of evaluating any number of different identity providers (IDPs) and their respective set of credentials that are used to authenticate corresponding users to assist with the onboarding of the different IDPs in connection with Wi-Fi identity federations. In particular, the process allows a person's electronic identity and attributes (stored across one or more IDPs) to be determined once using a standard. Once trust has been established for the user, that trust can then be utilized across a number of different systems (e.g., Single-sign on). The same trust determination can be used without the need for the authenticity of the user identity to be re-evaluated with each new access request.
