    Abstract: A backflow preventer for water distribution installations includes a body having an inlet conduit arranged along an inlet axis, an outlet conduit arranged along an outlet axis, and a discharge conduit arranged along a discharge axis of the body. The backflow preventer is provided with check valves that prevent a backflow of fluid from the outlet to the inlet in the event of low pressure upstream of the backflow preventer and/or high pressure downstream of the backflow preventer. The backflow preventer further includes a discharge valve arranged along the discharge axis of the body of the backflow preventer for discharging fluid in the low and/or high pressure conditions. A discharge pipe is connected to the discharge valve to discharge the fluid outside the backflow preventer along an end discharging axis of the fluid outside the backflow preventer. Coupling elements are provided to adapt the backflow preventer to various applications for varying the angular position of the discharge pipe with respect to the body of the backflow preventer.

    Abstract: A device for capturing and removing dirt particles provides a main body provided with an inlet, an outlet and a main chamber obtained inside the main body in a path of a heat transfer fluid between the inlet and the outlet; inside the main chamber, in the path of the heat transfer fluid between the inlet and outlet, a dirt particles intercepting and separating element, one or more magnets for magnetically retaining ferromagnetic dirt particles, and a mesh filter for mechanically retaining dirt particles are provided in series; movable brushes rotatable from outside and intended to remove the dirt particles mechanically retained by the mesh filter are further provided inside the main chamber. It is therefore produced a small, adaptable and easy-to-clean device, with no need to remove it from the system or to open it for cleaning it.

    Abstract: A mixer valve device, in particular for mixing hot and cold water, has a movable shutter that adjusts the flow of hot water and of cold water into a mixing chamber so as to have in the outlet mixed hot/cold water at a given preset temperature; the device combines a gearmotor and a thermostat; during the step of setting the device the gearmotor moves the shutter to the position substantially corresponding to the required temperature of the mixed water; the thermostat maintains the required temperature within a preset tolerance by moving the shutter correspondingly. A mixer valve device is thus made that has reduced mechanical wear and low electric consumption and is safe and reliable.

    Abstract: An under-sink/under-washbasin thermostatic mixing valve provides a first cold water inlet, a first cold water outlet, a second hot water inlet, a second mixed cold/hot water outlet; a thermostatic member and a shutter operated by the thermostatic member to ensure that the mixed water is kept at a predetermined temperature. A hollow insert is received along the first cold water inlet and is provided with longitudinal fins on the outer wall thereof to obtain two separate coaxial passages, for sending the cold water both directly to the first cold water outlet and to the area for mixing it with the hot water through the shutter to supply the mixed water to the second hot water outlet. In this way a compact and inexpensive thermostatic mixing valve is obtained.
