    摘要: A one-way wrench includes a handle, a toothed wheel, a detent, a rod and a gear train. The handle includes a shank and a head. The head is formed at an end of the shank and includes a chamber in communication with the tunnel. The toothed wheel is rotationally inserted in the chamber of the head. The detent is pivotally connected to the head and elastically engaged with the toothed wheel so that the head rotates the toothed wheel in a one-way manner. The rod is movable in the tunnel of the shank in a reciprocated manner. The gear train is arranged between the rod and the toothed wheel to convert the reciprocating of the rod to on-and-off rotation of the toothed wheel.

    摘要: A temperature controlling device includes a setting controller, a gas valve, a burner, an inlet temperature sensor, a water meter, and an operational controller. User sets a desired temperature via the setting controller. The inlet temperature sensor senses an inlet temperature of water at an inlet of a pipe, and then operational controller calculates a difference between the inlet temperature and the desired temperature to get a total heat for heating water in a predetermined heating time and transfer the total heat into a total gas consumption, and controls the gas valve to supply gas to the burner with an amount of the total gas consumption in a predetermined heating time. After that, water should be heated to the desired temperature, and the operational controller controls the gas valve to decrease the gas supply for maintaining water temperature.

    摘要: Provided are methods for forming antireflective layers on solar cells using wet chemical processes and solar cells with anti-reflective layers formed of ZnO based nanorods. Self-assembling ZnO nanorods are generated in the chemical solution without any catalysts. The nanorods are formed to different shapes such as hexagonal, cubic, and circular in cross-section. The refractive index of the ARC layer formed of the nanorods is modulated by controlling the diameter and length of the nanorods by controlling the Molarity of the solution used to form the nanorods. A correlation is established between the refractive index and solution Molarity and a solution is prepared with the desired Molarity. The nanorods are formed from HMT ([CH2]6NH4) and a dissociative Zn2+/OH− chemical such as Zn(NO3)2.
