    摘要： Disclosed are a food heat-exchange device capable of rapidly freezing food stored in a refrigerator or thawing frozen food in the refrigerator, and a refrigerator having the same. The refrigerator includes a body in which a storage compartment is defined, and the food heat-exchange device is mounted in the storage compartment, to enable thawing or rapid-freezing of food. The food heat-exchange device includes a heat-exchange plate, which is provided at a surface thereof with a contact portion to come into contact with food and at the other surface thereof with a pin to facilitate heat-exchange.

    摘要： A cooking apparatus which allows an interior of a cabinet thereof to be easily cleaned. The cooking apparatus includes a cabinet. The cabinet has an opening in a top surface defining a heating space. A heating unit to heat food is installed in the heating space and heat is transmitted from the heating unit to the food. A grill unit is seated on the top surface of the cabinet to support the food over the opening. A contamination preventing unit is installed in the heating space to prevent an inside surface of the cabinet from being contaminated with material dropping from the food. The cooking apparatus of the present invention guides splashed material back to a tray when the material collides with the tray splashes. The contamination preventing unit may be removed from the heating space, enabling a user to easily clean the contamination preventing unit.

    摘要： An electrical oven and method of controlling the same includes a heater heating unit to heat food using an electric heater; an induction heating unit to heat the food using a high-frequency current, and a control unit to drive the heater heating unit and the induction heating unit simultaneously in a preheating cooking mode. The electric oven of the present invention carries out heating by the electric heater and induction heating by high-frequency current, so preheating time required for an inner temperature of a cooking cavity to reach a preheating temperature is decreased, thereby reducing a total cooking time.

    摘要： A cooking apparatus includes a body, a heating unit, a heat reflecting unit and a food support unit. The heating units are disposed between the food support unit and the heat reflecting unit. The heat reflecting unit includes first and second inner and outer reflecting plates to reflect heat generated by the heating unit toward the food support unit. The first and second inner and outer reflecting plates are arranged to form, roughly, a W shape so that first and second recesses are formed by the first and second inner and outer reflecting plates to collect oil. The food support unit includes a pair of water tanks seated on a top of the body while being spaced apart from each other and filled with water, and a plurality of grill pipes arranged to connect the water tanks so that the grill pipes are filled with water.
