Before the cylinder head gasket (20) is provided between contact surfaces (12a, 13a), a space (S) is formed between the stopper portion (31a) and an adjustment stopper portion (32a), and the intermediate plate portion (31b) partially contacts the adjustment plate portion, and a bead (33a) contacts the adjustment plate portion (32b).

    摘要: By rotating a regulating bolt about an axis thereof to move forward/backward with respect to a protrusion portion, a lever is rotated about a shaft portion of an adjusting member. Therefore, the shaft portion of an adjusting member is rotated together with the lever to adjust a gap formed between a disk and a piston. After the gap is adjusted, the regulating bolt is fastened owing to a lock nut and a screw hole of the protrusion portion to thereby fix an forward/backward position of the regulating bolt with respect to the protrusion portion. In addition, a fixing bolt is screwed into a screw hole of a second housing portion to thereby fix a rotational position of the lever. Accordingly, the rotational position of the lever is double-locked.

    摘要: The disclosure provides systems and methods for regulating and distributing cooling fluid through a plurality of heat sinks, such as cold plates, using a flow regulator, which sets the total flow rate, in combination with one or more individual orifices that allow further flow distribution as required by individual cold plates, despite flow variations upstream of the orifices. An orifice can be coupled to an orifice holder, which includes a body to support the orifice, and which may be coupled (directly or indirectly) to an inlet of the cold plate. Alternative manners of coupling orifices in the fluid flow besides an orifice holder can be employed. Generally, the flow regulator(s) is coupled with a plurality of orifices and conduits through which the cooling fluid flows. Related system components can be assembled as a module for installation into a cooling system that includes other system components such as a pump, compressor or other pressure sources for the cooling fluid.

    摘要: A novel cement slurry composed of cement and water that can be used in cement stabilization applications. The cement slurry compound itself is chemically treated, by means of a cellulosic or other thixotropic thickening agent(s) to create a thixotropic system wherein the wetted cement remains in suspension and does not settle out prior to use even without further mixing. A chemical retarder/stabilizer is also used to prevent the slurry from prematurely setting during shipping. A novel apparatus and method for mixing the novel cement slurry is disclosed to insure the exact proportioning of all ingredients and the proper wetting of the cement.

    摘要: The disclosure provides an efficient design for a pressure rated oil field gate valve that meets the challenges of providing a quality product with minimal increase in price due to the design. It minimizes weight increase in the valve body over valves not meeting strict pressure specifications, due to strengthening ribs at strategic places without having to increase the overall body size as in commonplace in the industry. It provides redundancy of seals with minimal costs and no change in seat pockets over valves not capable of meeting the higher standards. It provides multiple shear points along a valve stem that can still allow a user to operate the valve from external to the valve bonnet. It further provides for additional sealing of the valve bonnet to the valve body by using elasticity in metal over long lengths to maintain a compression seal between the bonnet and the body.

    摘要: A rotary shaft is rotatable relative to a motor rotor. A first end face of the motor rotor is exposed to the outside of a stator. A hammer portion is provided at the first end face. The hammer portion is configured to be movable as the motor rotor rotates. A collision portion rotating integrally with the rotary shaft is configured to collide with the hammer portion. The allowance space between the collision portion and the hammer portion allows the hammer portion to be move relative to the collision portion. Therefore, the electric pump is capable of detaching a rotor from a pump chamber without increasing the size of the pump.
