The method also includes, for each user, determining a task based on the start point and end point corresponding to the user activity. The method further includes, for each user, determining operations data corresponding to the user activity. The method also includes, for each user, determining a dependency structure based on the task and the operations data. The method also includes aggregating the dependency structure, the task, and the operations data into a visualization. The method further includes generating for display the visualization on a user device.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described for intelligent imputation of missing data in a machine learning (ML) dataset comprised of a plurality of features. Each feature includes a plurality of values, where at least a portion of the values for one or more features are missing. A server analyzes the ML dataset to generate characteristics of the missing values in the ML dataset. The server selects an imputation algorithm for filling in the missing values based upon the identified characteristics. The server determines a computing environment in which the imputation algorithm is executed based upon one or more of a size of the ML dataset or the selected algorithm. The server generates code that comprises instructions for executing the imputation algorithm on the ML dataset in the computing environment. The server integrates the code into an ML platform that executes the code to assign replacement values to the missing values.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for automated verification of visual user interface (UI) changes include a computing device that receives a baseline test report comprising a plurality of test steps associated with execution of a test against a software application. The computing device receives a recent test report comprising a plurality of test steps associated with execution of a test against the software application. The computing device matches each test step of the baseline report with a corresponding test step of the recent report. For each pair of matched steps, the computing device compares a first UI screenshot captured during execution the baseline report to a second UI screenshot captured during execution of the recent report. The computing device determines differences between the first UI screenshot and the second UI screenshot, generates a differential image based upon the differences, and stores the differential image in a data store.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described for unstructured computer text is analyzed for masking of confidential information using artificial intelligence. A client device generates a message comprising unstructured computer text including confidential information. A server trains a word embedding model using the unstructured text. The server generates a multidimensional vector for each word in the unstructured text, generates a mapping table comprising a predetermined set of words corresponding to confidential information from the unstructured text, and determines one or more neighboring words in the trained word embedding model using the predetermined set of words. The server updates the mapping table to incorporate the one or more neighboring words and executes rules on the unstructured text that filter out one or more words, and applies the updated mapping table to match words in the updated mapping table with words in the filtered text and mask the matching words in the unstructured text.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous polyurethane (PU) dispersion with non-ionic reactive emulsifiers and sulfonate groups. The aqueous PU dispersion includes the following components: 10-40 parts by weight of polymer polyol, 5-20 parts by weight of isocyanate monomer, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 3-15 parts by weight of monofunctional alkoxy polyethylene glycol or propylene glycol, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of diaminosulphonate chain extender, 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of non-ionic organic amine chain extender, 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of catalyst, 0-8 parts by weight of organic solvent, 50-80 parts by weight of deionized water, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of thickener. 摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described for synchronization of metadata between databases in a cloud computing environment. A computing device identifies jobs that synchronize metadata from a first database instance to a second database instance, each job comprising synchronization tasks for a different portion of the metadata. The computing device determines a count of the synchronization tasks for each job. The computing device allocates each job to a first queue where the count of the synchronization tasks for the job is below a threshold value, and allocates the synchronization tasks for each job to a second queue where the count of the synchronization tasks for the job is at or above the threshold value. The computing device executes the jobs in the first queue and executes the synchronization tasks in the second queue to synchronize the corresponding metadata to the second database instance.
