Abstract: The present application discloses two-phase cooling devices that may include at least three substrates, a metal with a wicking structure, an intermediate substrate, and a backplane. A fluid may be contained within the wicking structure and vapor cavity for transporting thermal energy from one region of the thermal ground plane to another region of the thermal ground plane, wherein the fluid may be driven by capillary forces within the wicking structure. The titanium thermal ground plane may be adapted for use in a mobile device, such as a portable device or smartphone, where it may offer compelling performance advantages.

Abstract: A sawhorse having first and second sides. Each of the sides having lateral edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge. Slots extend into the sides and the slots have terminal edges between the top and bottom edge of the side into which they extend that define the length to which each slot extends into its corresponding side. Adjacent slots within each side define at least one intermediate leg. Slots adjacent to the lateral edges of each side define outer legs. The sides are joined by a hinge that allows pivotal movement between an open and closed position. The closed position locates the bottom edges of the sides closer than the open position. A member between the sides prevents further movement apart of the bottom edges when the sawhorse is in the open position.

Abstract: A method of secure data transfer and storage using ae storage device storing encrypted information. The method uses a host that stores and transfers encrypted sensitive information and a customer that desires the information to be securely stored. The customer chooses a unique encryption code to encrypt sensitive information and uploads the information to a host. Then the host transfers the information to the storage device. Connections between the host and customer are intermittent and done so the storage device remains isolated from networks outside of the host.

Abstract: A device for infusing flavor into liquids fits and seals to the neck of a bottle. The device has an infusing chamber that is selectively in fluid communication with the liquid in the bottle. The infusing chamber holds a replaceable infusing material that partially dissolves and infuses flavor as liquid passes over it. A check ball selectively separates the infusing chamber from the liquid in the bottle to prevent any infused liquid from returning to the bottle. The device has a passage for makeup air to enter the bottle as infused liquid is dispensed. The infusing material is replaceable by accessing the infusing chamber.

Abstract: A stowable platform is connected to a frame with a first and second trolley, each trolley is moveable inside a channel and has an upper and lower roller. The lower rollers are tied to a mechanism that moves them in the channels in a linear motion. The upper rollers are in contact with one side of the channel from the offset center of gravity in the platform. Abstract: A method of recording and reporting traffic violations using a central recording unit that has at least one video camera and possibly additional still and video cameras. Additionally, there may be other cameras that interface with the central recording unit. The central recording unit is mounted to a vehicle in which it is used and may be connected to a separate gateway device that can transmit data to a violation recording center that will process data taken by the central recording unit. The violation recording center will evaluate whether data taken regarding other motorists warrants sending a fine to a non-compliant driver who is violating traffic laws. The method of this system provides for recording data regarding the non-compliant driver for a time before activation to a time after activation so that a full data bundle may be reviewed to determine whether a violation of traffic laws has occurred.

Abstract: An unloading system for use in a storage structure having a sidewall that contains granular stored material. A reclaiming portion is spaced from the sidewall and has a floor portion that extends from a discharge opening toward the sidewall. The floor portion of the reclaiming portion is supported above the floor of the storage structure. The reclaiming portion may move with respect to the sidewall and is isolated from movement with respect to the sidewall of the storage structure. Seals between the reclaiming portion and the sidewall prevent the stored material from bypassing the reclaiming portion so that any discharge of the stored material occurs through the discharge opening.

Abstract: A process is provided to create a strip of selectively pressure-sensitive adhesive material. A first roller unwinds a backing and a roller dispenses a series of separated areas of inhibited adhesive material. A second roller applies a continuous layer of adhesive material over the inhibited adhesive material and backing. A facing is applied over the continuous layer of adhesive material. The machine then winds the finished material. A removable backing is coated with non-sticky material and then covered by a continuous sticky layer of material. A face stock material is then applied over the continuous sticky layer.
