摘要: A tile-ready shower base system including a composite curb, and methods of manufacturing and installing the same. A sloped structural core is provided having a top side and a bottom side. A first waterproof panel or coating is applied to the top side and a second waterproof panel or coating is applied to the bottom side. A thin fiberglass flange is provided about at least a portion of the perimeter of the core to create a lip. The basin further includes a first hole or recess formed into the basin, which does not extend through the basin, and a second hole, axially aligned with the first, which does extend through the basin, for directly receiving and coupling a drain therein. The composite curb is provided along at least one side of the basin. Optionally, a compressible soft material or cushioned layer can be applied over the first waterproof panel of the sloped structural core.

摘要: A computer-implemented dynamic data filtering system and method for selectively choosing operating data of a monitored asset that modifies or expands a learned scope of an empirical model of normal operation of the monitored asset while simultaneously rejecting operating data of the monitored asset that is indicative of excessive degradation or impending failure of the monitored asset, and utilizing the selectively chosen data for adaptively recalibrating the empirical model to more accurately monitor asset aging changes or operating condition changes of the monitored asset.

摘要: System and method for providing surveillance of an asset comprised of numerically fitting at least one mathematical model to obtained residual data correlative to asset operation; storing at least one mathematical model in a memory; obtaining a current set of signal data from the asset; retrieving at least one mathematical model from the memory, using the retrieved mathematical model in a sequential hypothesis test for determining if the current set of signal data is indicative of a fault condition; determining an asset fault cause correlative to a determined indication of a fault condition; providing an indication correlative to a determined fault cause, and an action when warranted. The residual data can be mode partitioned, a current mode of operation can be determined from the asset, and at least one mathematical model can be retrieved from the memory as a function of the determined mode of operation.

摘要: Path classification and estimation method and system used in combination with a computer and memory for prognosticating the remaining useful life of an in-service battery asset by classifying a present degradation path of the in-service battery asset as belonging to one or more of previously collected degradation paths of one or more exemplary battery assets and using the resulting classifications to estimate the remaining useful life of the in-service battery asset thereby transforming raw data inputs into actionable state-of-health outputs.
