    摘要: A hydraulic control unit that delivers hydraulic fluid to a limited slip differential includes a hydraulic control unit housing, a vent hole and first and second passageways. The hydraulic control unit housing has an accumulator housing portion that houses a biasing assembly and a piston. The accumulator housing portion forms an accumulator chamber with the piston. The vent hole is defined in the hydraulic control unit housing. The first passageway is defined in the hydraulic control unit housing. The second passageway is defined in the hydraulic control unit housing that intersects the vent hole and is oriented at a different angle than the first passageway. The vent hole is dual purpose permitting hydraulic fluid entry into the accumulator chamber through the second passageway while air is permitted to escape the hydraulic control unit housing through the vent hole.

    摘要: A method of clutch wear notification comprises detecting engaged clutch positions at a first interval and storing the values of the engaged clutch positions. The stored values of the engaged clutch positions can be averaged at a second interval to create running averages, and the running averages can be stored. The running averages are compared at a third interval to determine a rate of change in the clutch positions. A clutch wear-out is signaled when comparing the running averages indicates that the rate of change in the clutch positions deviates from a normal rate of change. The clutch position during an engaged condition can deviate from the normal rate of change when the axial position of the release bearing begins to increase due to an adjustment mechanism ceasing to adjust.

The valve assembly can be fluidly coupled between the fuel tank and the purge canister. The valve assembly can include a main valve and a safety check valve. The main valve can have a main valve first port fluidly coupled to an outlet of the fuel tank and a main valve second port fluidly connected to the purge canister. The safety check valve can be configured to move from an open position to a closed position upon a pressure drop at the fuel tank outlet exceeding a predetermined threshold. The safety check valve can have a safety check valve first port fluidly coupled to the outlet of the fuel tank and a safety check valve second port fluidly coupled to the purge canister.

The trap body defines a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet. The first inlet is fluidly connected to a fuel pump. The second inlet is fluidly connected to a vapor line. The float is rotatably mounted about a float pivot. The pilot moves between an open and closed position. Rotation of the float causes the pilot to be urged into an open position and fluid to be drained from the trap body through the outlet.

    摘要: An arc fault detection system includes a high frequency detector module structured to detect first spectral content of power having a frequency in a first frequency range, a number of arc fault circuit interrupters each having separable contacts, a low frequency detector module structured to detect second spectral content of power having a frequency in a second frequency range, a control unit structured to control the separable contacts to trip open, and an arc fault detection unit structured to detect an arc fault based on the detected first and second spectral content of the power and to cause the control unit to control the separable contacts to trip open in response to detecting the arc fault. A communication bus provides communication between the high frequency detector and the arc fault circuit interrupters and the first frequency range includes frequencies that are higher than frequencies in the second frequency range.
