摘要: A locking apparatus for a seat assembly for a vehicle is provides and includes a latching component attached to one of a stationary part or a movable part of a seat assembly, a receiving component disposed on the other of the stationary part or the movable part of a seat assembly, wherein the latching component engages the receiving component, and an activation component that activates the latching component. Upon activation of the locking device, the latching component engages the receiving component thereby locking the movable part to the stationary part in a collapsed state thereby reducing vibrational noise caused by the movable part during operation of the vehicle.

Local road conditions can be measured by a sensor and reported to a server. The server can aggregate road condition information at least by location and time, and return the aggregated information to clients to facilitate presentation of road conditions not discovered locally. Information regarding road conditions at given times and locations can facilitate road maintenance coordination and route planning.

摘要: A system and method for forming a wire harness covering having a predetermined three-dimensional geometry is provided. The system and method make use of a mold and a post-molding fixture. In a first phase, the mold is used during an injection molding process to form a substantially flat and partially-cured harness covering having an intermediate, substantially two-dimensional shape. In a second phase, the post-molding fixture is used after the injection molding process to orient the harness with covering to a predetermined three-dimensional geometry corresponding to the desired final shape.

摘要: One or more embodiments of techniques or systems for heath monitoring or monitoring one or more health parameters of a user are provided herein. Systems or components of a vehicle may monitor one or more vital or health parameters of an occupant of a vehicle, driver, passenger, etc. For example, a seat may have sensors embedded within that may measure characteristics or attributes associated with the occupant. In one example, a scale may be integrated with the seat to monitor a weight of an occupant on a day to day basis. As another example, a seatbelt or one or more portions of the seat may have heart rate monitors that check a heart rate of an occupant. Additionally, warnings or alerts may be provided when a signature is detected, such as an abnormal heart beat, etc. In this manner, health monitoring may be provided.

Additionally, there can be an input component that can receive one or more selections of the one or more options, and there can be a control component that can determine one or more adjustments based at least in part on the one or more selections. The vehicle seat can adjust a subset of the plurality of aspects based at least in part on the one or more determined adjustments.
