    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a network entity sends, to a user equipment (UE), a notification of a plurality of direct current (DC) tones of a plurality of network nodes configured to transmit a plurality of positioning signals to the UE, and receives, from the UE, a position of the UE, a plurality of positioning related measurements of the plurality of positioning signals, or any combination thereof. In an aspect, a UE receives, from a network entity, a notification of a plurality of DC tones of a plurality of network nodes, receives, from the plurality of network nodes, a plurality of positioning signals, and determines a plurality of positioning related measurements of the plurality of positioning signals based on locations of the plurality of DC tones indicated in the notification.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a location server, a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration indicating one or more PRS resources to be measured by the UE, transmits, to a base station serving the UE, measurement report payload related information based on the PRS configuration, obtains positioning measurements of the one or more PRS resources, transmits a scheduling request (SR) to the base station, the SR requesting an uplink grant for a measurement report for the positioning measurements, receives the uplink grant from the base station in response to the SR, the uplink grant indicating uplink resources on which to transmit the measurement report, and transmits at least a portion of the measurement report to the base station on the uplink resources indicated by the uplink grant.

In an aspect, a relative location anchor group (RLAG) may facilitate a position estimation procedure in an environment where absolute position estimation accuracy is below a threshold. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives a radio resource control (RRC) configuration that defines a synthetic positioning resource comprising a plurality of positioning resources, the plurality of positioning resources comprising at least one positioning resource from each of a plurality of frequency layers (FLs) or bandwidth parts (BWPs), from each of a plurality of positioning resource sets, or combinations thereof. The UE performs a positioning measurement using the synthetic positioning resource, e.g., the UE receives one or more reference signals within the synthetic positioning resource according to the RRC configuration and performs a measurement of the one or more reference signals. In some aspects, the UE may report a result of the positioning measurement, which may comprise a measured value, a position estimate based on a measured value, or combinations thereof.
