    摘要: A steel having good wear resistance which contains 0.55-1.10% of C, up to 2.0% of Si, up to 2.0% of Mn, 12.0-25.0% of Cr and particularly suitable as a material for piston rings or rocker arms. Further addition of 0.05-1.10% of Al to the above steel gives a steel improved in properties for spheroidization of carbides and uniformization of carbide particle size, leading to further enhancement of wear resistance. If required 0.20-2.0% of Ni may be added to the steels, whereby corrosion resistance, toughness and hardenability are improved. An addition of at least one of 0.2-3.0% of Mo, 0.1-1.5% of V and 0.05-0.70% of Nb to the steels improves high-temperature strength and surface hardness. The steel is surface treated by gas nitriding of the like in a surface area for sliding contact with an opponent member.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a latent image bearer, a toner image forming unit, and a transfer device. The toner image forming unit includes a charger, a latent image forming device, and a developing device, and is configured to form a test latent image pattern on a surface of the latent image bearer, and to develop the test latent image pattern into a test toner pattern. The test latent image pattern includes a plurality of test latent image parts partly offset from one another in a main scanning direction. The image forming apparatus also includes a developing current detector and a processor to detect uneven image density in the main scanning direction using the test latent image pattern, based on the developing current detected by the developing current detector, to adjust the uneven image density in the main scanning direction.

An electrostatic latent image formed on the image carrier is rendered visible as a toner image by depositing the toner by the developing device, and the toner image is transferred by the transfer device and fixed onto a recording medium by the fixing device and output. The apparatus further includes a density fluctuation meter including a rotary position detector, a density fluctuation detector, and a density fluctuation storage; a density fluctuation extractor unit including a first extractor, a second extractor, and a density fluctuation storage; and a control table generator unit including a control table generator and a control table storage, so that based on the control table stored in the control table storage, the voltage to be applied to the developing device is controlled and the toner image is output.

    摘要: An electrical wire routing device for routing an electric wire between a floor in an automobile and a seat includes a case following parallel to a support rail to which a support body supporting the seat is slidably attached. The case includes a tubular movement section attaching the electric wire thereto, guiding the electric wire to the seat, to which a slider sliding in association with the movement of the seat is slidably attached, and a housing section accommodating the extra length of the electric wire. The movement section and the housing section are provided as separated parts and placed parallel to each other. The extra length of the electric wire extracted from one end portion of the movement section and drawn into the housing section is accommodated in the housing section with the electric wire bent in a U-shape. The electric wire is accommodated in the corrugated tube.
