Abstract: A method and apparatus for decompressing FASTQ data through character frequency-based sequence reordering implemented by a computer apparatus, the method including separating genome sequencing data into components of an identifier, a nucleotide sequence read, and prediction quality information; measuring character frequency for the entire data of each of the nucleotide sequence read and the prediction quality information; producing a score by applying the measured character frequency for the nucleotide sequence read and the prediction quality information; reordering the nucleotide sequence read and the prediction quality information based on a condition that is preset based on the score; and compressing at least one of information of the identifier, an identifier of the nucleotide sequence read, and an identifier of the prediction quality information through a compression program by including the reordered nucleotide sequence read and the reordered prediction quality information and generating compressed genome sequencing data.

The system for calculating elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) scalar multiplication using an FPGA includes: a scheduler implementing Montgomery ladder step calculation in a pipeline structure; a pipeline modular adder/subtractor implementing n-bit modular addition in a d-stage pipeline structure; and a modular multiplier implementing n-bit modular multiplication in a 10-stage pipeline structure up to maximum 256 bits.

The method may prepare a spherical nanoparticle by coating a porous organic silica layer on an inorganic silica particle having the metal particles deposited thereon and via selective etching of the layer. In addition, two or more types of metals pre-synthesized together with a magnetic particle, or different shapes of metals may be deposited on the nanoparticle at a target concentration. Thus, the nano/microparticle may be used for a drug delivery matrix, a catalyst, and a photothermal effect.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for predicting a change in the occupants within a large exhibition hall in real time based on deep learning. A proposed method of predicting a change in the number of occupants within a space in real time includes dividing, into zones, a space where a number of occupants is to be predicted and pre-processing data related to a number of occupants within the space collected through simulations, generating the pre-processed data in a form of time-series data for deep learning, training a deep learning model for predicting a number of occupants in each divided zone using the generated time-series data, and predicting the number of occupants within the space by inputting, to the trained model, the data related to a number of occupants within the space collected in real time through socket communication with a server.
