The interface component defines at least one aperture to accommodate a hanging support extending through the opening and configured to support a pendant lighting fixture. The system includes a cover plate defining at least one aperture to accommodate the hanging support. The system also includes at least one magnetic element operable to exert a magnetic bias on the cover plate to secure the cover plate against the interface component and at least partially cover the opening.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixture and methods of manufacturing the same. In various embodiments, the LED lighting fixture comprises a lighting fixture body and one or more luminaires. The one or more LED modules are operatively and securely fixed to the lighting fixture body. Each LED module comprises at least one LED, and a heat sink. The at least one LED is mounted within the LED module such that light emitted by the at least on LED is emitted in an upward direction. The heat sink is positioned such that at least a portion of the light emitted by the at least one LED is not incident upon the heat sink.     摘要: A power and control assembly is disclosed. An LED driver is sized and adapted to fit within a single compartment of an electrical gang box, such as a two-gang box. An alternating current (AC) dimmer or other component is installed in an adjacent compartment. The AC dimmer supplies its output to the LED driver, which converts the AC power to an appropriate direct current (DC) power for LED lighting fixtures. The LED driver is typically recessed into the compartment, and is covered by a switch or another control element. In some cases, the switch may be a mechanical dummy selected for its aesthetic or fascial characteristics. In other cases, the switch or control element may be functional. With similar multiple-gang boxes, a number of drivers may be installed in the gang box and switches may allow both dimming and zone control.
