    摘要: A double-diaphragm pump includes a pair of axially spaced apart pumping chambers, each chamber having a pumping diaphragm which divides each chamber into an inner and outer compartment. Inner ends of both pumping chambers are closed by a central element, and fluid is supplied to the outer compartments to cause the diaphragms to oscillate and vary the capacities of the inner compartments. I Each of the inner compartments having an inlet and an outlet port leading to unidirectional valves to allow fluid to be drawn into one of the compartments when the appropriate diaphragm moves outwardly and expelled from that compartment when the diaphragm moves inwardly. The unidirectional valves are located in inlet and outlet manifolds in the central element and are accessed and fitted through the inlet and outlet ports in the inner compartments.

An inner bag includes a top region connected to the top inflatable frame portion and a bottom region connected to the bottom inflatable frame portion and configured to hold air. The top region has an opening that allows air to enter the inner bag. The inner bag has an air outlet device configured to attach to an inflatable device. A user places their palm at least partially over the opening and presses downward, pressing the top surface towards the bottom surface and partially compressing the plurality of inflatable frame connecting portions, thereby forcing air in the inner bag to exit the inner bag through the air outlet device, thereby inflating the inflatable device.

    摘要: A valve assembly includes first and second conduits having respective first and second flanges in abutment with each other, a stopper in the second conduit, and a valve body secured between the first and second flanges. The valve body includes a body bore in communication between the first and second conduits. The body bore defines a circular opening in one end of the valve body. The valve body also includes a circumferential notch that substantially insulates the circular opening from distortion arising from securing the valve body. The stopper snuggly seats against the circular opening to prevent fluid flow from the second conduit to the first conduit, but unseats to permit fluid flow from the first conduit to the second conduit. An o-ring may surround a portion of the valve body and be energized as the valve body is secured. A lip may surround the circular opening to provide a seat for the stopper.

    摘要: A hydraulically driven multicylinder diaphragm pumping machine has pump cylinders, each having at one end an inlet/outlet for fluid material to be pumped, and at the other end an inlet and outlet for hydraulic oil. A separator inside the pump cylinder is connected to the fluid-material end of the cylinder by a flexible diaphragm and to the fluid material end by another diaphragm, leaving an outer annular space that contains hydraulic fluid. The total volume of pumping hydraulic oil in the cylinders is maintained constant and by a device that compensates for thermal expansion and controls the necessary return flow of hydraulic oil for driving the pump. The separators move with an intake stroke at constant speed for all cylinders, and with pumping strokes function of the hydraulic oil delivery, so a lesser number of separators effect an intake stroke while a greater number of separators effect a discharge stroke.

    摘要: A chemical liquid supplying apparatus which can discharge chemical liquid with high accuracy is provided. The apparatus is used to discharge the chemical liquid in a chemical liquid tank from an application nozzle. The apparatus has a combined member formed integrally with a pump case and a cylinder, and a flexible tube serving as a pump member is provided in the pump case, wherein its inside is a pump chamber and its outside is a pump-side driving chamber. A piston is assembled to the cylinder and when the piston is reciprocated by a motor, the pump chamber is expanded and contracted. A gap between the piston and the cylinder is covered with a diaphragm, and an interior of the diaphragm is a seal space. Therefore, an incompressible medium having leaked from the gap between the piston and the cylinder enters into the seal space and does not leak to the outside.

The elastic member is provided symmetrically at both ends thereof with fixing parts for fixing the mass member. The mass member is formed in the shape of a plate. The mass member is provided at the center part thereof with a hollow part, which corresponds to the through-hole of the elastic member. Through the hollow part of the mass member are inserted supporting parts of the stopper frame. Both sides of the mass member are symmetrical to each other centering on the hollow part so that both ends of the mass member are fixed to the fixing parts of elastic member by means of welding or bolts.
