摘要： A fuse module includes a wiring lug. The wiring lug includes a fuse clip member comprising a first pressure plate and a fuse clip, a lug box comprising a second pressure plate, and a securing member operably coupled to the lug box. The securing member operates between a first position and a second position to move the second pressure plate of the lug box with respect to the first pressure plate of the fuse clip member. The first pressure plate and the second pressure plate have a clamping relationship when the securing member is in the first position and have a non-clamping relationship when the securing member is in the second position.

摘要： A fuse adapter adapts coplanar blades of fuse having a predetermined blade spacing to fit a pair of coplanar blade receiving terminal slots in a circuit having a different slot spacing. The fuse adapter includes a pair of adapter terminals. Each adapter terminal has a slotted, planar upper end spaced from the other terminal's slotted upper end by the fuse blade spacing. Each adapter terminal upper end also has an adjusting tab bent away from the upper end substantially perpendicular thereto and substantially parallel to the plane of the coplanar terminal slots. Each adjusting tab is integral with a transition portion that extends to an adapter blade. The two adapter blades are coplanar with and spaced apart to match the fuse blade receiving terminal slots in the circuit.

摘要： Busbars to be connected with a pair of terminals of a fuse are formed from one conductive plate and thus can be arranged in the same layer in an electrical connection box. First and second busbars 13, 14 to be connected with a pair of terminals 11, 12 of a fuse 10 have coplanar base plates 13a, 14a. Bent portions 13b, 14b are provided at the leading ends of the respective base plates 13a, 14a and also are coplanar. Distant side edges of the bent portions 13b, 14b are provided with folded portions 13c, 14c which are parallel with each other and with the side surfaces of the base plates 13a, 14a. Slits 13d, 14d are formed by making cuts from the upper ends of the opposite folded portions 13c, 14c, so that the pair of terminals 11, 12 of the fuse 10 can be pressed into the slits 13d 14d to connect the fuse electrically with the busbars. The first and second busbars 13, 14 are formed by punching one conductive plate and are arranged in the same layer inside a casing. Furthermore the invention relates to a method for forming a terminal of connection busbars.
