摘要： An apparatus for hoisting a ship. A transfer truck located on the shore moves to the interior of a raising/lowering lift by means of a set of movable rails so as to be able to unload the ship floating on a water surface. Lift-side support blocks, which are spaced apart from each other, are gradually raised under water to float the ship on the water surface. Truck-side support blocks, which are spaced apart from each other in a manner similar to the lift-side support blocks, move to the interior of the raising/lowering lift. Thereby, the lift-side support blocks, which are spaced apart from each other, are lowered through gaps between the truck-side support blocks while crossing the truck-side support blocks so as to allow the ship to be safely unloaded.

摘要： An add-on structure for cradle boat lifts incorporating a piling brace that, when hurricane winds threaten, provides for the interconnection of the pilings to the cradle of a cradle boat lift. One or more piling braces span the distances between the inboard pilings and the cradle beams. The outboard piling braces are similarly configured. Cradle brackets attach to the cradle and provide for the crosswise attachment of the piling brace to the cradle beam. The piling braces are permanently attached to the piling or intermittently secured by U-bolt to piling pads, which are permanently secured to the pilings.

摘要： A watercraft lift with translating bunks supported by a base frame and having rollers mounted to the base frame to initially raises the watercraft upward when driven onto the lift sufficiently to be positioned above the bunks when in their lowered position and thereby permit operation of the lift in water too shallow for use of the bunks by themselves. The rollers are positioned relative to the translating bunks such that when the bunks are in their lowered position and the lift is used in sufficiently shallow water, the watercraft driven onto the lift initially engages the rollers, which lift the watercraft upward above the height when floating in the water and above the height of the bunks. The translating bunks are then used to lift the watercraft off of the rollers and upward to a raised position above the water.

The underdeck pontoon lift system includes a base structure, a plurality of front lifting jacks and a rear lifting jack pivotally attached to the base structure, a support bed pivotally attached to the lifting jacks, a front structure extending from the base structure, and an elevating unit for manipulating the lifting jacks. The lifting jacks preferably have an inverted U-shaped base member with a pair of support members extending upwardly, where the width of the support members is less than the width of the base member. The lifting jacks are preferably attached to cross members that extend between side members of the base structure. The support bed preferably has a rear tapered portion for assisting in the loading of a pontoon.

摘要： In a lift for watercraft, a load translation mechanism balances load upon the actuator throughout the raising and lowering of watercraft, thereby greatly reducing load spikes. Embodiments of the improved lift employing an over-center locking mechanism further employ an elastic stop means to reduce jarring of the apparatus when it locks in the over-center position. In some preferred embodiments, adjustable telescoping booms allow the user to adjust the height of the lifted watercraft above the base of the lift.
