Abstract: An accessory attachment for a driven fastener hand tool is disclosed comprising a mounting block having an attachment channel and an indexing guide feature. A plate for covering a fastener driving channel of the fastener tool has a nose end with chamfered edges on opposing sides towards the fastener driving channel and the attachment channel has opposing lips for seating against the chamfered edges of the nose end of the plate. One or more bolts through the mounting block at a bottom of the attachment channel press the nose end of the plate causing the opposing lips of the mounting block to press against the chamfered edges thereby securing the mounting block to the nose end of the plate. Alternately or additionally, the mounting block can be used to support a range of accessories including, a non-marring pad, a light, such as an LED, a level, and/or an edge guide.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fastening tool comprising a handheld housing with a piston element (1), which is received in the housing and which can be moved in a driven manner, for transmitting energy to a fixing element (3). The piston element (1) is guided in a cylinder (2) and can be accelerated towards the fixing element (3) by a drive force, and the piston element (1) can be held in a starting position by a magnetic force of a retaining element (5). The retaining element (5) has a first magnetically conductive stop (7) and a second magnetically conductive stop (8). The magnetic stops (7, 8) are connected by a magnetically conductive counter piece (9) arranged on a piston element when the piston element (1) is being held, and excitation magnet (6) is arranged between the magnetically conductive stops (7, 8).

Abstract: A magazine for use with a fastening tool. The magazine can have a pusher assembly that can be retracted into a recess in the magazine to facilitate loading and reloading of fasteners. The magazine can also use a lockout mechanism which allows an operator to know when it is appropriate to reload fasteners and which can mitigate damage resulting from an impact upon the fastening tools nosepiece when the lockout mechanism is engaged. The fastening tool can also have a contact trip actuator which is compact and can control the amount of force that is applied to a tactile switch of the fastener driving mechanism.

Abstract: The apparatus provides the user with the ability to rapidly drive stakes into a straw wattle. There is a slot within the apparatus for inserting a stake and then guiding the stake as the stake is being driven through the wattle and into the ground. A slide hammer shuttle can slide up and down an elongate barrel member to drive a slide hammer into the top of a stake being held within the barrel member. Abstract: The invention relates to a cylinder cover for a cylinder of a piston mechanism. In certain embodiments, the cylinder cover includes a cylinder cover body, a valve plate, and a one-directional valve. The cylinder cover body has an exhaust port, and an oil intake. The exhaust port and oil intake are disposed on outer circumference of the cylinder cover body. The one directional oil valve is formed by a compression spring and a ball.
