摘要： A pinch grip hanger has a hook and a support bar suspended from said hook. A pinch grip is mounted on the support bar along its length, having two jaws, with the first jaw mounted on said support bar in a fixed location, and the second jaw pivotally mounted to the first jaw. The second jaw has a user engagement portion, and garment engaging portion extending downwardly from the support bar. The user engagement portion enables a user to open the pinch grip for insertion or release of a garment. A multi-stage spring with has a plurality of linear portions is mounted on the first and second jaws, biasing the garment engaging portion of said second jaw into engagement with said first jaw. The multi-stage spring has multiple stages of spring engagement, allowing a substantially constant spring bias throughout the range of motion of said pinch grip, and can engage both the first and second jaws. Alternately or additionally, a spring has a safety lock means to maintain spring engagement with the jaws. The safety lock means can include a hook member on at least one end of the spring. One or both of the jaws can include a retention rib for engaging the safety lock means and retaining the spring.

摘要： This invention relates to a stackable clothes hanger comprising a hanging hook and a shoulder supporting part formed extendedly with inclination to right and left respectively from one end of said hanging hook for upholding the shoulder part of an upper garment, wherein the central part of said shoulder supporting part is formed with a hollow penetrating part as vertical penetration having a dimension that is equal to or larger than the size to have inserted a hanging hook of the same kind of clothes hanger and the inner plane of said shoulder supporting is formed with a receiving space capable of accepting at least a portion of the shoulder supporting part of the same kind of clothes hanger. With the configuration as such, structure for enabling a plurality of the clothes hangers to be stacked one over another is simplified so that productivity thereof might be enhanced and volume reducing effect thereof might be maximum when a plurality of such clothes hangers are stacked.

摘要： A garment hanger includes a hook portion, a neck portion connected to a base end of the hook portion, a pair of shoulder-supporting portions molded integrally with the neck portion and extend from both sides of the neck portion, a shoulder pad connected to each of the shoulder-supporting portions via a hinge portion, and an engaging leg portion and a locking portion to hold the shoulder pad in a folded state so that the shoulder pad covers each of the shoulder-supporting portions. By providing the shoulder pad to be connected to the shoulder-supporting portion via the hinge portion, the shoulder pad, which has the function of preventing shoulders of a garment from being deformed, is integrated. The shoulder pad can be assembled through a one-touch operation by simply folding the shoulder pad at the hinge portion and engaging the shoulder pad with the shoulder-supporting portion.

摘要： An improved pinch grip pant and skirt hanger of reduced depth is formed with an offset between the hanger bar and the mounting of the pinch grip to align the center axis of the hanger bar with the center of the pinch grip, to thereby reduce the depth of the hanger and pinch grip and provide greater density of garments during shipment. Two separate guards are provided to prevent inadvertent opening of the pinch grip by an adjacent hanger, including a moveable guard, formed by arches on the fixed and moveable jaws. Since the arches are formed to contact below the pivot axis of the pinch grip, any contact between hangers will serve to enhance grip, rather than inadvertently opening the pinch grip. The hanger is particularly adapted for magazine feed and the automated loading of garments.

摘要： A pinch grip hanger mechanism dispenses pinch grip hangers, one at a time, and then opens the pinch grips for insertion of a garment. The insertion of a garment triggers the closing of the pinch grips, and reciprocation of a hanger feed push plate to dispense another hanger. The device may also automatically attach size indicia to the hanger as the hanger is dispensed. The closing of the pinch grips is initiated by safety triggers, which are triggered by insertion of a garment. This provides a safety feature for the device, since the operator needs to use both hands to hold the garment taut for insertion. Thus, both hands are away from the device at the time the pinch grips are opened and closed.

摘要： A self-service apparatus for the delivery of sheet-like articles, such as garments, comprises at least two parallel rails having notches defining a plurality of locations at each of which can be stored an article on a hanger ready to be delivered to a customer. In response to an authorized request by a customer, a carriage is driven along the rails for picking up and conveying an article from any specific location to a reception region at which the article can be received by the customer. The apparatus also includes a control device which is actuated as a selected article is picked-up by the carriage so as to rotate the article from its storage position to a position at which it is held edgewise-on as it is conveyed towards the reception region.
