Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method, an apparatus, and a computer readable medium for managing handovers at a base station. For example, the method may include receiving a request for STX to one or more connected user equipments (UEs), identifying whether one or more conditions have to be satisfied prior to initiating of the STX, and determining whether the one or more conditions are satisfied. The example method further includes initiating the STX at the base station in response to the identifying and the determining and performing a corrective action for managing the handovers in response to the initiating of the STX.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier for a communication between the UE and a base station using a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration or a configured grant (CG) configuration, wherein the determination of the HARQ process identifier is based at least in part on an offset applied for the determination of the HARQ process identifier; and perform the communication based at least in part on the HARQ process identifier. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In an example, a method includes a first node receiving a precision time protocol (PTP) message, identifying one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node based at least in part on the PTP message, and sending, to a second node of the wireless communication network, an indicator of the one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node. Another example at a node includes receiving, from additional nodes of the wireless communication network, indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes, receiving a PTP message associated with a timing domain, and sending the PTP message to a subset of the additional nodes based at least in a part on the indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for supporting multiple semi-persistent resource allocations per serving cell. Embodiments include determining an association between one or more semi-persistent resource allocations and one or more identifiers. Embodiments include receiving signaling indicating activation or deactivation of at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations. Embodiments include determining an identifier of the at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations based on the association. Embodiments include sending an acknowledgment of the activation or deactivation. The acknowledgment may indicate the identifier of the at least one of the one or more semi-persistent resource allocations.

Abstract: A wireless communication system is provided allowing a base station to indicate RTT compensation for UEs to adjust their local time clocks to correct propagation delay timing errors and synchronize with the global clock of a base station. A base station sends a downlink transmission including timing information to a UE and receives an uplink transmission from the UE after the downlink transmission. The base station determines a RTT compensation associated with the timing information based on a RTT between the downlink transmission and the uplink transmission. The base station then transmits the RTT compensation to the UE. UEs are thus allowed to synchronize at a high precision with the time clock of the base station. UEs may be configured with different resolutions or granularities in timing correction so that certain UEs can achieve high precision timing correction while other UEs can adjust their time clocks with less precision.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify an overlap in time between at least a first occasion and a second occasion in a slot. In some cases, the first occasion may be semi-persistently scheduled for the UE according to a first configuration associated with a first priority level, and the second occasion may be semi-persistently scheduled for the UE according to a second configuration associated with a second priority level. The UE may apply, based on the identified overlap, a conflict resolution rule to the first occasion and the second occasion based on the first priority level for the first occasion and the second priority level for the second occasion, communicate in the slot using the first occasion, and refrain from communicating in the slot using the second occasion based on applying the conflict resolution rule.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods relate to an automatic transmission scheme for a de-prioritized protocol data unit (PDU) when the originally assigned configured grant for the PDU is de-prioritized due to channel conflicts. Specifically, a user equipment may obtain a PDU for transmission over a first configured grant physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) instance. The UE may then detect de-prioritization information that the first configured grant PUSCH instance is de-prioritized due to channel overlapping, and then automatically transmit the PDU originally associated with the first configured grant PUSCH instance over a second configured grant PUSCH instance.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods and computer-readable media for broadcast of multiple physical cell identity ranges are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) can receive system information (SI) containing physical cell identities (PCIs) associated with a first cell type or a second cell type, in which the first cell type is accessible to a first set of UEs and the second cell type is accessible to a second set of UEs and a second set of PCIs containing PCIs corresponding to a set of cells of the second cell type. The UE can also monitor for cells with a PCI in the first set of PCIs or the second set of PCIs. A base station may generate the SI indicating the first set of PCIs and the second set of PCIs. Additionally, the base station can communicate the SI to one or more UEs.
