    Abstract: In accordance with example embodiments of the invention there is at least a method and apparatus to perform at least detecting, by a network device of a communication network, at least one failure of network node channel access during or preceding a wake-up signal occasion, and based on the detecting, performing on-duration monitoring. In addition, there is at least a method and apparatus to perform at least determining, by a network node of a communication network, information comprising a configuration for performing on-duration monitoring if a failure of network node channel access is detected during or preceding a wake-up signal occasion; and sending an indication of the information towards the at least one network device.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for improved signaling of small data transmission (SDT) are provided. One method may include storing, at a first target network node, a user equipment (UE)-specific uplink (UL) small data transmission (SDT) context for a user equipment (UE) in a non-connected radio resource control (RRC) state that previously had initiated a small data transmission (SDT) procedure without anchor relocation via the first target network node or a second target network node.     Abstract: There is provided a solution for performing packet duplication in a wireless network. According to an aspect, a method comprises: receiving, by a terminal device from a first access node, a first message comprising at least one information element indicating activation of at least one transmission leg of a first subset of transmission legs, hosted by the first access node, to deliver a duplicate of a data packet between the terminal device and the first access node, receiving, by the terminal device from a second access node, a second message comprising at least one information element indicating activation of at least one transmission leg of a second subset of transmission legs, hosted by the second access node, to deliver a duplicate of a data packet between the terminal device and the second access node, transmitting, by the terminal device, to the first access node at least one duplicate of the data packet over the at least one transmission leg indicated in the first message, and transmitting to the second access node at least one duplicate of the data packet over the at least one transmission leg indicated in the second message.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to for skipping monitoring of downlink control channel in random access. A first device receives from a second device a command indicating the first device to skip monitoring a downlink control channel between the second device and the first device for a time period. In response to the random access procedure being triggered by a first trigger condition, the first device determines whether the time period overlaps with a time window associated with a random access procedure. The first device ignores or performs the command based on the determination.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for data duplication are disclosed. Information on one or more user terminals are received by an apparatus from a base station serving the one or more user terminals located in a same host unit. Received information is compared to information of the user terminals the apparatus is serving. Based on the comparison, it is determined that at least some of the one or more user terminals served by the apparatus are located in the same host; and the at least some of the one or more user terminals are scheduled to utilize different radio resources that provide largest frequency or time diversity available between the at least some of the one or more user terminal.
