Abstract: A connector for a flat flexible cable includes a housing and a terminal disposed in the housing. The housing has a base and a cover. The base has a closed section with a receiving passageway and an open section extending from the closed section. The cover encloses the open section in a closed position of the cover. The cover has a main body with a pressing surface and a latch extending from the main body. The latch engages a catch of the base in the closed position. The terminal is disposed in the receiving passageway and has a tab extending into the open section. The pressing surface abuts the tab and presses the tab toward the base in the closed position.

Abstract: Pressure sensor assemblies comprise a sensor body having a sensing membrane and wherein a fluid is placed in communication with the membrane to determine a fluid pressure. A support is connected with the body and includes an opening for receiving the fluid from an external source, wherein the opening is in fluid-flow communication with the membrane. The pressure sensor comprises one or more elements disposed therein configured to mitigate transmission of a fluid pressure spike to the sensing membrane. The body or the support may have a pressure mitigating element, e.g., an internal channel, for receiving the fluid from the opening and transferring it to the membrane, wherein the channel may itself be configured to provide the desired protection against fluid pressure spikes, or may be connected with another internal element to provide such protection.

Abstract: Pressure sensor assemblies comprise a sensor body having a membrane within the body for placement in communication with a fluid from an external source and determining a pressure of the fluid. A support is connected with the body and includes a channel extending therethrough for receiving the fluid, wherein the channel is in fluid-flow communication with the membrane. A substrate is connected with the support and comprises a channel extending therethrough for receiving the fluid from an external source. The support may be formed from a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion that is between a coefficient of thermal expansion of the support and a coefficient of thermal expansion of the external fluid source connected with the substrate. One of the substrate or the support comprises a fluid pressure mitigation feature for mitigating the transmission of a pressure spike in the fluid to protect the sensor membrane.

Abstract: An electrical header for use in an electrical connector assembly includes a body adapted to mount to an object and having an opening formed therethrough for receiving an electrical terminal. The body further defines a plug on a first side thereof and adapted to engage with a mating electrical connector of the assembly. The plug includes a pair of first opposing sidewalls extending from the body and defining a locking feature adapted to engage with a corresponding locking feature of the mating connector, and a pair of second opposing sidewalls extending from the body and defining a keying feature. The first and second pairs of opposing sidewalls are adapted to mate with a first mating connector oriented in a first direction, and mate with a second mating connector oriented in a second direction distinct from the first direction.

Abstract: An antenna assembly for use with a wireless communication wearable device. The antenna assembly includes a circuit board with components extending from a surface thereof. A first slot is provided between the first radiator antenna and the second radiator antenna. The first slot separates the first radiator antenna from the second radiator antenna.
