    Abstract: An integrated digital-analog archiving system can automatically initiate a migration process to move electronic documents to a media library. For each electronic document, the system may retrieve the electronic document from a digital data storage medium, extract metadata from the electronic document, determine size, orientation, and format of the electronic document, generate indicators for indicating the start and end of the electronic document to be stored on an analog data storage medium, generate an analog document identifier for identifying the electronic document on the analog data storage medium, generate a scaled image of the electronic document based on the size, orientation, and format of the electronic document, generate a text string based at least in part on the extracted metadata, and render the indicators, the analog document identifier, the scaled image of the electronic document, and the text string on the analog data storage medium.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for searching objects, metadata associated with the objects, and attributes assigned to or associated with the metadata. Referring to herein as metadata for the metadata, these attributes may be associated with one or more metadata field values of a metadata field name which, in turn, may be associated with an object being or already indexed in a search index of a search system. Each attribute may be optional, dynamically created, indexed, and searchable via the search index. There can be multiple attributes associated with the same metadata field value, each being represented as a key-value pair. This metadata for the metadata approach can be highly efficient. For example, the ability to search multiple attributes associated with the same metadata field can eliminate the potential need to create multiple metadata fields for the same value in different languages, countries, etc.

A managed file transfer server may receive a request from a sender to send a file (bulk data) to a recipient and may determine a location server that is closest to the location of the recipient.     Abstract: Disclosed communication flow modeling solution is significantly streamlined in a user friendly way to shield users from the technical complexities usually required. At design time, an orchestration flow modeling application receives user instruction to open or create a communication flow modeling project. Per configuration specific to an enterprise associated with the user, a custom drag-and-drop communication flow modeling environment with a canvas and modeling entities is provided. Responsive to the user dragging and dropping a set of modeling entities from the menu onto the communication flow modeling canvas and drawing connections between them, the orchestration flow modeling application logically connects the modeling entities to form a valid communication flow and stores it in a database. The communication flow undergoes an approval process. Once approved, it is activated for execution by an orchestration server. The orchestration server automatically orchestrates services needed by the communication flow at runtime without user programming.

    Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for storing documents in a cloud storage system comprising a cloud processor and a plurality of storage components are disclosed. Particularly, certain embodiments comprise, at the cloud processor, providing at least one storage component attribute for each of the plurality of storage components, the at least one storage component attribute defining a storage property of the respective storage component; receiving a first document to be stored and document metadata associated with the first document, the document metadata defining storage requirement of the first document; translating the document metadata of the first document into a storage instruction; determining, based on storage component attributes, at least one storage component among the plurality of storage components with a defined storage property matching the storage instruction for the first document; and storing the first document in the at least one storage component determined according to the storage instruction.

    Classification with segmentation neural network for image-based content capture

    Abstract: A segmentation neural network is extended to provide classification at the segment level. An input image of a document is received and processed, utilizing a segmentation neural network, to detect pixels having a signature feature type. A signature heatmap of the input image can be generated based on the pixels in the input image having the signature feature type. The segmentation neural network is extended from here to further process the signature heatmap by morphing it to include noise surrounding an object of interest. This creates a signature region that can have no defined shape or size. The morphed heatmap acts as a mask so that each signature region or object in the input image can be detected as a segment. Based on this segment-level detection, the input image is classified. The classification result can be provided as feedback to a machine learning framework to refine training.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a new document processing solution that combines the powers of machine learning and deep learning and leverages the knowledge of a knowledge base. Textual information in an input image of a document can be converted to semantic information utilizing the knowledge base. A semantic image can then be generated utilizing the semantic information and geometries of the textual information. The semantic information can be coded by semantic type determined utilizing the knowledge base and positioned in the semantic image utilizing the geometries of the textual information. A region-based convolutional neural network (R-CNN) can be trained to extract regions from the semantic image utilizing the coded semantic information and the geometries. The regions can be mapped to the textual information for classification/data extraction. With semantic images, the number of samples and time needed to train the R-CNN for document processing can be significantly reduced.
