    Abstract: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The display device includes a base substrate and at least one pixel circuit provided on the base substrate, and the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a first transistor, and a second transistor; the driving transistor includes a control electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode; the first transistor includes a first active region, the second transistor includes a second active region, the driving transistor includes a fourth active region, at least one of a doping concentration of the first active region and a doping concentration of the second active region is greater than a doping concentration of the fourth active region.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a drive sub-circuit, a write sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit, a first reset sub-circuit, a second reset sub-circuit and a light-emitting element. The drive sub-circuit is configured to provide a drive signal to a third node in response to signals of the first node and the second node; the write sub-circuit is configured to write the signal of the data signal line to the second node or the third node under a control of a signal of a first scanning signal line; the compensation sub-circuit is configured to compensate a voltage at the first node under the control of the signal of the first scanning signal line.

    Abstract: A touch sampling control module, a touch sampling control module method, and a display touch device. The touch sampling control module includes a touch sampling flag generation circuitry and a sampling time control circuitry. The touch sampling flag generation circuitry is configured to generate a touch sampling flag in accordance with a fluctuation time point of a data voltage applied to a touch display panel. The sampling time control circuitry is configured to control a touch sampling time in accordance with the touch sampling flag, so that the touch sampling time is different from the fluctuation time point of the data voltage. The data voltage fluctuates when an absolute value of a voltage change of the data voltage is larger than a voltage change threshold.

    Abstract: A display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes first and second substrates oppositely provided, and a polymer-stabilized liquid crystal layer; multiple sub-pixels include at least one first sub-pixel emitting light from a side of the second substrate away from the first substrate and at least one second sub-pixel emitting light from a side of the first substrate away from the second substrate; the first substrate in a first sub-pixel has a first shielding pattern, and an orthographic projection of the pixel electrode therein on a display panel plane is within that of the first shielding pattern on the first substrate; the second substrate in a second sub-pixel has a second shielding pattern, and an orthographic projection of the pixel electrode therein on the display panel plane is within that of the second shielding pattern on the second substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a display substrate and a touch layer. The display substrate includes a substrate and an anode layer. The anode layer includes a plurality of anodes, and at least one edge of at least one anode is provided with at least one groove therein. The touch layer is located on a light exit side of the display substrate. The touch layer includes a metal mesh structure, the metal mesh structure includes a plurality of first metal lines, and each first metal line includes an opening. An orthographic projection of each of the plurality of first metal lines on the substrate is located between orthographic projections of the plurality of anodes on the substrate. An orthogonal projection of each groove of the at least one anode on the substrate is disposed opposite to an orthogonal projection of an opening of a first metal line on the substrate.

    Abstract: A display panel, including a base, and pixel circuits, an array of pixel units, and a color filter layer sequentially stacked on a side of the base, where each pixel unit includes first and second subpixels, the first subpixel has an aperture ratio greater than that of the second subpixel, the first subpixel has more apertures than the second subpixel has, and the number of pixel circuit for driving the first subpixel is equal to the number of pixel circuit for driving the second subpixel; the color filter layer includes first and second color filters, orthographic projections of the first and second color filters on the base covers orthographic projections of the apertures in the first and second subpixels on the base, respectively; and the orthographic projections of the first and second color filters on the base each have a shape, at least part of edges of which are curved.
