    摘要: An airtight multi-layer array type LED is disclosed, which comprises a metal substrate with an airtight metal frame formed thereon, and the metal substrate is integrally formed with the airtight metal frame, and an airtight sealing frame slot is formed around the upper surface of the airtight metal frame, the airtight metal frame is installed with two sets of sealing through hole pairs accommodating the lead frames. The interior of the airtight metal frame can be installed with packaging materials or optical components. The sealing holes are sealed with a glass or ceramic material. A fluorescent layer is formed on a silica gel layer, wherein the fluorescent layer can also be installed inside a silica glass package cover. The silica glass package cover is installed on the top surface of the airtight metal frame, and the silica glass package cover is engaged and sealed to a sealing rack. Nitrogen is filled in a space defined between the silica glass package cover and the fluorescent layer, so that moisture is prevented from permeating through the airtight metal frame and a dice protection layer. As such, a sealed-type LED packaging structure is formed and is suitable to be used in extreme or severe environments.

    摘要: An apparatus adapted for eliminating a ghost image of point light sources is disclosed. The apparatus includes a plurality of point light sources adjacently arranged, and a plurality of medium elements provided corresponding to the point light sources. Each of the point light sources is adapted for emitting a light. Each of the medium elements includes a light input surface, and a light output surface, and both of the light input surface and the output surface are arcuate surfaces adapted for diffusing the light emitted from the point light source. The point light source emits the light, and the light is inputted from the light input surface of the medium element and outputted from the light output surface of the medium element, thus configuring a uniformly distributed light without producing a ghost image. Further, a fluorescent material may be mixed in the medium element for obtaining a color combined light.

The connecting terminal is movably engaged with the pedestal terminal with the elastic arms restrained between the restraining portions, the interfering portions abutting against insides of the corresponding elastic boards and the bent portion projecting upward beyond the pedestal terminal.

The key structure includes a light guide plate, an isolation sheet, a circuit board, an elastic member, and a key cap sequentially disposed one on another in order. A circuit and a plurality of first electrical contacts are distributed on a top surface of the light guide plate. An optical structure is disposed at a bottom surface of the light guide plate. The isolation sheet has a light reflective surface facing the light guide plate. A light source emits a light into the light guide plate. The light is reflected by the optical structure to pass through the through holes configured at the isolation sheet, thus allowing more light outputting through the through holes, so as to improve the illumination of the key cap, and improve the light emitting efficiency.

    摘要: A memory system includes a NAND flash memory, a NOR flash memory and a SRAM memory on a single chip. Both NAND and NOR memories are manufactured by the same NAND manufacturing process and NAND cells. The three memories share the same address bus, data bus, and pins of the single chip. The address bus is bi-directional for receiving codes, data and addresses and transmitting output. The data bus is also bi-directional for receiving and transmitting data. One external chip enable pin and one external output enable pin are shared by the three memories to reduce the number of pins required for the single chip. Both NAND and NOR memories have dual read page buffers and dual write page buffers for Read-While-Load and Write-While-Program operations to accelerate the read and write operations respectively. A memory-mapped method is used to select different memories, status registers and dual read or write page buffers.
