Abstract: A power battery pack and a vehicle are provided. The power battery pack includes: a tray and an upper cover, where the tray includes a side frame and a bottom plate, and the upper cover and the bottom plate are respectively connected to upper and lower ends of the side frame to define a battery accommodating cavity; and a plurality of cells, where the plurality of cells are mounted in the battery accommodating cavity, one surface of each of the cells and the upper cover are bonded by a structural adhesive, and the other opposite surface of the cell and the bottom plate are bonded by a thermally conductive structural adhesive.

Abstract: The vehicle battery system includes a plurality of battery blocks including a plurality of battery cells and an exterior case that stores the plurality of battery blocks. The exterior case includes a tubular case in which the upper case is fixed to lower case, a pair of end face plates fixed to both ends of the tubular case to close the openings at both ends, and partition walls fixed to the middle portion of the tubular case. Lower case, the upper case, end face plates, and partition walls are made of pressed metal plates, lower case has a groove shape having side walls coupled to both sides of bottom plate, having coupling ribs coupled to an upper end edge of side walls, and having a same shape in a cross section at each portion separated in a longitudinal direction, the plurality of battery blocks are disposed in the longitudinal direction in an orientation extending in the longitudinal direction of the tubular case, and fixed to the exterior case, and the exterior case is further fixed to the vehicle via external fixing brackets.

Abstract: A battery cell arrangement (1) for use in an aircraft, includes a plurality of battery cells (2), at least one battery housing (3) enclosing the plurality of battery cells (2), the housing (3) having an opening (3a); and separating elements (4) located inside said battery housing (3), for separating individual battery cells (2) from each other. Each battery cell (2) is associated with a respective vent channel (5) that open to the opening (3a). The vent channels (5) define a number of battery cell compartments, each of which holds a subset of said plurality of battery cells (2) and each of the compartments is closed by a cover element (6) that opens if a battery cell (2) in a corresponding compartment goes into thermal runaway and produces gaseous venting products (GP). An aircraft having such a battery cell arrangement is also provided.
