Groove-like rail parts are provided partially in the outer circumferential surface of the holder at the opposite ends thereof in the same linear direction, and the side end part of a notched circuit board or a part on the housing side of the apparatus is inserted into each of the groove-like rail parts, thus holding and securing the vibration generating device at an arbitrary vertical position against the surface of the circuit board in the apparatus.

    摘要: An arrangement with an electric motor facilitates mounting of the motor, particularly of a miniature or subminiature motor. The motor (20) has a stator (56), a rotor (24), and a support flange (36) coupled to the motor. A motor mount (22) is formed with an opening (94) for engagement with the support flange (36). The opening has, on its rim, a motor-side shoulder (96) that has a substantially frustoconical shape and faces axially toward the motor (20) after mounting. The support flange (36) is shaped for guidance of a snap-lock element (82) that extends along at least a portion of the circumference of the support flange (36) and is resiliently deflectable radially inward, by means of an inwardly directed force. The snap-lock element (82) is so configured that it snap-locks outward against the motor-side shoulder (96) of the opening (94) when the motor is mounted.

Coolant may flow through coolant channels of the shaft and the motor in various configurations to carry away the heat. A thermally conductive component may be inserted into the hollow shaft under the stator section to optimize the airflow and cooling. Physical construction of the motor and control algorithms may further enhance motor performance with appropriate sensors. A compact, smooth, and cool operating motor may thus be achieved for applications such as treadmills or other belt drive systems.

    摘要: An on-vehicle generator mounting device includes: a stay provided with a first insertion hole; a front side mounting leg and a rear side mounting leg of the generator, both being disposed on two ends of the stay; a second insertion hole provided through one of the mounting legs; a cylindrical bush fitted movably into a fitting hole provided through the other of the mounting legs; a clamp nut disposed at the other mounting leg to be adjacent to and coaxially with the bush, so as not to turn within said aperture but with a gap in a radial direction therebetween; and a bolt inserted through the second insertion hole, first insertion hole and bush, the bolt being screw-engaged with the clamp nut. An end of the clamp nut protrudes outward of said aperture beyond an outer surface of the other mounting leg. The clamp nut screw-engaged with the bolt fixing the generator is prevented from corroding due to anti-freezing agent.
