摘要: A cardiopulmonary management system includes a multi-sensor device and a controller. The multi-sensor device includes an elongated body having a first end and a second end, a first electrode disposed at the first end of the body, a second electrode disposed at the second end of the body, an electrical circuitry disposed near a middle of the body, and a sound sensor. The multi-sensor device is configured to be disposed on a skin of a subject and to measure cardiopulmonary parameters from the subject. The controller is configured to derive a score of sound change, heart rate change, thoracic impedance change, respiratory rate change, QRS wavelength change, QT interval change, electromechanical activation time change, and left ventricular systolic time change based on the measured cardiopulmonary parameters. The controller is further configured to control an operation of the system when the derived score is greater than a threshold.

摘要: A headset for detecting brain electrical activity may include a flexible substrate having first and second ends each configured to engage an ear of a subject and dimensioned to fit across the forehead of a subject. The headset may also include a plurality of electrodes disposed on the substrate and configured to contact the subject when the headset is positioned on the subject. First and second electrodes may contact top center and lower center regions of the forehead, respectively, third and fourth electrodes may contact front right and front left regions of the forehead, respectively, fifth and sixth electrodes may contact right side and left side regions of the forehead, respectively, and electrodes included within the securing devices may contact the ear regions. The third and fourth electrodes may be moveable in at least a vertical direction relative to the other electrodes.

摘要: A chest-worn sensor device, such as a device for daily at-home monitoring of cardiopulmonary health conditions, includes an audio and/or visual interface that provides cues to assist a user in performing a measurement sequence. The sensor device may detect whether there are any body posture issues or device contact issues. In response to detecting an issue, the sensor device provides and audio and/or visual cue to the user indicating the issue. The sensor device may provide additional cues throughout the measurement sequence, such as a cue that a measurement is being taken, a cue for the user to change body posture, and a cue for the user to remove the sensor device.
