Abstract:
The present invention relates to a baking tray for bread maker, and more particularly to a baking tray for a bread maker formed with a non-sticky ceramic layer. Thus, the baking tray in which impact given by the mixing bag moved up and down can be absorbed and which is more sanitary is offered.
Abstract:
A bread maker and a control method thereof to perform a plurality of bread making processes in respective processing temperatures during predetermined processing times, includes a plurality of heaters heating ingredients to make bread in different directions from each other; a heater driving part supplying a driving power to each heater and controlling a heating power of each heater; a temperature sensor detecting temperature of an oven compartment; a process condition storing part storing a process condition data including the processing times and the processing temperatures of the plurality of bread making processes; and a controller controlling the heater driving part to maintain temperature of the oven compartment in the processing temperature by controlling the heating power of each heater according to a temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and the process condition data of the process condition storing part. Thus, temperature of the oven compartment is maintained in a processing temperature and heating powers of a plurality of heaters are adjusted, so that temperature is accurately controlled and an optimum product is obtained.

Abstract:
An automatic breadmaking apparatus adapted to automatically carry out breadmaking operations from kneading to baking includes a housing, a container receivable in the housing into which breadmaking ingredients are fed, a stirrer for stirring the breadmaking ingredients fed in the container, a stirring control section for controlling an operation of the stirrer, a temperature control section for controlling temperature in the container, and a central control section for controlling the stirring control section and the temperature control section in accordance with a breadmaking sequence using rice flour.
Abstract:
A bread maker having an oven compartment, a door opening and closing the oven compartment, a fixed kneader with a first kneading roller, and a rotatable kneader with a second kneading roller. The rotatable roller rotates between a kneading position at which the first kneading roller and the second kneading roller face each other, and a released position at which the second kneading roller is spaced apart from the first kneading roller. A spring has a first end attached to a side wall of the oven compartment and a second end coupled to the rotatable kneader, and elastically returns the rotatable kneader to the kneading position as the door is closed and elastically maintains the rotatable kneader at the released position when the door is opened. A pusher in the door pushes the rotatable kneader from the released position to the kneading position as the door is closed.
Abstract:
A bread maker having an oven compartment and an electric component compartment, a pair of parallel kneading drums inside the oven compartment that reverse rotary direction periodically and to which are attached opposite ends of a mixing bag containing bread ingredients, and a drum driving part in the electric component compartment rotating the kneading drums. A rotation sensing part senses a rotation rate of one of the kneading drums. A controller stops the drum driving part when the sensed rotation rate is greater than a predetermined rotation rate.
Abstract:
A bread maker including an oven compartment, parallel kneading drums inside the oven compartment that alternate between winding and unwinding rotations, and a drum driving part rotating the kneading drums. Each kneading drum includes a rotation shaft rotating according to the drum driving part; a hollow, cylindrical drum member disposed concentrically along an axis of the rotation shaft; and a clutch between the rotation shaft and the drum member, transmitting a rotary movement from the rotation shaft to the drum member in one direction and allowing the drum member to freewheel in the other direction.
Abstract:
A bread maker including a main body forming an oven compartment; a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment, each kneading drum having a holding part holding opposite ends of a mixing bag containing ingredients for bread; a bar code reader reading a bar code printed on, or applied to, the mixing bag to obtain bar code information; a timer recording a present time; and a controller determining whether the mixing bag has expired by comparing an expiration date of the mixing bag obtained from the bar code information with the present time transmitted from the timer, and warning a user when the mixing bag expires.
Abstract:
A bread maker including a pair of kneading drums inside an oven compartment, to which are attached opposite ends of a mixing bag containing bread ingredients, the kneading drums reversing rotary direction periodically; a bar code scanner to read a bar code on the mixing bag; a drum driving part rotating the kneading drums in clockwise and counterclockwise directions; a bar code reading checking part sensing whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code; and a controller determining whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code based upon a sensed signal output from the bar code reading checking part, and controlling the drum driving part to rotate the kneading drums at a bar code reading speed while the bar code scanner reads the bar code, and at a faster dough kneading speed when the bar code scanner has completely read the bar code.
