Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a cross-link interference (CLI) sounding reference signal (SRS) measurement resource configuration that indicates an orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) modulated SRS associated with a second UE. The first UE may receive, from the second UE, the OTFS modulated SRS based at least in part on the CLI SRS measurement resource configuration. The first UE may perform a CLI measurement over one or more symbols in which the OTFS modulated SRS is transmitted. The first CE may transmit, to the network entity, a measurement report that indicates the CLI measurement. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure involve multiplexing the transmission of communications signals and sensing signals at the resource element level. A frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signal and plurality of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) signals may be transmitted within an air interface frame structure having a plurality of resource elements, each resource element defined over a symbol duration in a time domain and a subcarrier in a frequency domain. The FMCW signal occupies a first plurality of resource elements and comprises a FMCW waveform repeated in the time domain and transmitted during a first symbol, over a first plurality of subcarriers of the air interface frame structure. The plurality of OFDM signals occupy a second plurality of resource elements in the air interface frame structure and are transmitted during the first symbol, over a second plurality of subcarriers of the air interface frame structure.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a network entity, such as a location server or base station, may determine a positioning reference signal (PRS) frequency hopping configuration that specifies a plurality of PRS hops within a PRS resource set, each PRS hop occupying a specified set of one or more contiguous physical resource blocks, and further specifying a time gap between PRS hops to allow a sufficient retuning gap for a user equipment (UE) with reduced BW capability and/or relaxed processing time. The network entity may transmit the PRS frequency hopping configuration to at least one UE, e.g., via broadcast, multicast, groupcast, or unicast over Uu or PC5 links. The pre-configured time gap between PRS hops allows a reduced capacity UE to retune its RF circuit and thus allow PRS measurements over a larger bandwidth than what the UE can support without frequency hopping.
