    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. For example, a user equipment (UE) may indicate to a network node whether it is capable of supporting a subband full duplex (SBFD) configuration associated with multiple downlink (DL) subbands. For instance, the UE may indicate whether it supports more than one DL subband within one or more carriers associated with a SBFD operation. The UE may receive signaling from a network node indicating a SBFD configuration based on the capability signaling. The SBFD configuration may configure a first set of resources with a single DL subband and a single UL subband, a second set of resources with a single UL subband and multiple DL subbands, or both. The UE and the network node may communicate with each other according to the SBFD configuration.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message indicating configuration information associated with one or more sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) symbols or slots, wherein the configuration information indicates both uplink resources and downlink resources within at least one SBFD symbol or slot of the one or more SBFD symbols or slots. In some cases, the UE may select both the uplink resources and the downlink resources for the at least one SBFD symbol slot of the one or more SBFD symbols or slots based on a capability of the UE. Additionally, the UE may communicate via both the uplink resources and the downlink resources during the at least one SBFD symbol or slot of the one or more SBFD symbols or slots based on the selection.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described for full-duplex communications using shared radio frequency spectrum. An uplink user equipment (UE) may be scheduled for an uplink transmission in a full-duplex channel occupancy time (COT), concurrently with one or more downlink transmissions of a downlink UE using the same wireless resources. Prior to transmitting the uplink communications, the uplink UE may perform a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, may provide an indication that LBT has passed, and then transmit the uplink communication. The network entity may monitor for the indication from the uplink UE and, upon detection, may continue to transmit a downlink grant to the downlink UE. If the network entity does not detect a signal from the uplink UE, it may transmit a different uplink grant to a different uplink UE, or may adjust the downlink transmission to use different resources or transmission parameters.

A user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability message indicating that the UE supports performing inter-UE cross-link interference (CLI) measurements in an uplink subband and in at least one downlink subband during one or more overlapping subband full-duplex symbols. The UE may receive, based at least in part on the capability message, a measurement resource configuration for performing the inter-UE CLI measurements in the uplink subband and the at least one downlink subband. The UE may transmit, according to the measurement resource configuration, a measurement report message indicating a measurement result for the inter-UE CLI measurements.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless communications system may employ subband full-duplex (SBFD). In SBFD resources, a first user equipment (UE) may experience cross link interference (CLI) from a second UE if the second UE transmits using a frequency that is similar to a frequency of the subbands used by the first UE. The network may configure a CLI measurement resource in an SBFD time resource and may indicate in which subbands to measure CLI. The network may also indicate the reporting quantities (e.g., whether to report CLI measurement information per subband or combined per communication direction). CLI measurements may be generated in a subband manner. A CLI measurement for a CLI subband that overlaps with different subbands may be generated for the uplink subband only, may be generated for both the uplink subband and the guard band, or may be skipped.
