Abstract:
Provided are channel sounding and scheduling methods for interference alignment in a wireless LAN. The sounding method includes transmitting a RTS frame, the RTS frame including an OIA candidate AP list that includes identification information of a plurality of access points, transmitting a CTS-pole frame for triggering transmission of a CTS frame to a second access point which is a first access point in the OIA candidate AP list, and receiving a CTS frame which is a response to the CTS-pole frame from the second access point. Therefore, communication performance of the wireless LAN can be improved.
Abstract:
A wireless device of transmitting a data frame in a WLAN is provided. The wireless device includes: a MAC unit generating a data frame; a PHY unit transmitting a wireless signal of the data frame; and a processor being operably coupled to the MAC unit and the PHY unit and controlling a set of TXVECTOR parameters. The processor is configured for: generating the data frame, the data frame including a data field having a service field and a very high throughput signal information (VHT-SIG-B); and transmitting a wireless signal of the data frame via a operating channel bandwidth. The data field is scrambled with a scrambling sequence, the scrambling sequence is generated based on a initial scrambling sequence and a generator polynomial. The service field is determined based on the set of TXVECTOR parameters, the TXVECTOR parameters including an control information for the service field.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for direct communication between stations. The method for direct communication between stations may include: receiving scheduling information on a frequency selective transmission (FST) from an access point; setting up a link for communication with another station based on the scheduling information; and communicating with the other station using the link.
Abstract:
Disclosed are handover and connection of a terminal and control of connection of a terminal by a base station in a communication environment including a plurality of communication cells having different ranges of communication coverage. According to an exemplary embodiment, a terminal of a wireless communication system including a plurality of hierarchical cells determines whether the terminal accesses a microcell in a macrocell as the terminal moves based on whether a control signal transmitted from a micro-base station managing the microcell is detected in a communication environment including a plurality of hierarchical cells divided according to communication coverage, determines whether the terminal connects to the microcell based on a connection criteria for the microcell, and connects to the microcell when the connection criteria for the microcell are satisfied and conducts communications using the macrocell when the connection criteria for the microcell are not satisfied.
Abstract:
A communication apparatus and method for transmitting a group frame, and a user terminal and method for receiving a group frame are provided. The communication apparatus may transmit a group frame to each of a plurality of user terminals. The group frame may be generated by grouping, in a physical layer, frames that are respectively transmitted to the plurality of user terminals.
