    Abstract: A display device is disclosed that includes a substrate, first through fourth conductive layers, first through fourth insulating layers, a semiconductor layer, and a light emitting layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a first conductive pattern. The first insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and includes a first channel region and a capacitor pattern. The second insulating layer is disposed on the semiconductor layer. The second conductive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer and includes a first gate electrode overlapping the first channel region. The third insulating layer is disposed on the second conductive layer. The third conductive layer is disposed on the third insulating layer and includes a common electrode. The fourth insulating layer is disposed on the third conductive layer. The fourth conductive layer is disposed on the fourth insulating layer and includes a plurality of pixel electrodes. The light emitting layer is disposed between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. The first gate electrode is electrically connected to the first conductive pattern through a first opening formed in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the capacitor pattern. The capacitor pattern overlaps the first conductive pattern with the first insulating layer interposed therebetween to form a capacitor.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a light emitting element and a pixel circuit unit connected to the light emitting element. The pixel circuit unit includes: a first transistor connected between a drive voltage line and the light emitting element and which operates depending on a potential of a first node; a second transistor connected between a data line and a second node; a first capacitor electrode connected to the first node; a second capacitor electrode connected to the second node and which faces the first capacitor electrode; a third capacitor electrode connected to the second node; a fourth capacitor electrode, which faces the third capacitor electrode and is connected to the drive voltage line; a bridge electrode, which connects the second capacitor electrode and the third capacitor electrode; and a shielding electrode, which overlaps the bridge electrode in a plan view.
