    Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for improved uplink and sidelink coverages. A first network entity determines one or more channel state feedback (CSF) parameters of one or more beams associated with the first network entity, selects one or more beam coefficients based on the one or more CSF parameters, and transmits the one or more beam coefficients to at least a second network entity. The second network entity selects one or more beams for beaming forming based on the one or more beam coefficients, determines one or more CSF parameters of the one or more beams associated with the second network entity, and transmits the one or more CSF parameters of the one or more beams associated with the second network entity to the first network entity. The first network entity selects one or more new beam coefficients based on the one or more CSF parameters from the second network entity.

    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may improve the efficiency, accuracy, and/or latency of a UE positioning procedure by enabling mobility analytics associated with a UE or a set of UEs to be exchanged between a location server and an NWDAF, either directly or via another network entity. In one aspect, a first network entity transmits a request for mobility data associated with a set of UEs, where the request for the mobility data is transmitted for a second network entity associated with mobility data analytics. The first network entity receives, based on the request, an indication of the mobility data associated with the set of UEs. The first network performs at least one location function for at least one UE in the set of UEs based on the indication of the mobility data.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting, to a base station, an uplink capability message indicating a coherent uplink multiple-in-multiple-out (MIMO) capability associated with coherent transmission characteristics.     Abstract: Position determination for a target user equipment (UE) uses a single base station and a plurality of sidelink UEs with known locations. The base station sends a reference signal to the target UE and sidelink UEs, and the target UE sends sidelink signals to each sidelink UEs. A range-sum for the range between the target UE and sidelink UE and the range between the sidelink UE and the base station can be determined for each sidelink UE, based on the time differences between the reception and transmissions of the reference signals measured by the target UE, and the time difference between reception of the reference signals measured by the sidelink UE. A differential in the range-sums can be determined and used to determine the position of the target UE.
