    摘要: A one-way passage system (1) comprises an entrance door arrangement (2a) and offset therefrom an exit door arrangement (2b). First and second side wall arrangements (3a, 3b) are provided therebetween, thereby defining a passage area (4). A sensor device (5) can detect persons (10):



    a) before the entrance door arrangement (2a);
    b) in the passage area (4) and/or after the exit door arrangement (2b).




    A control device is configured to enter a safety operating mode and to close the entrance door arrangement (2a) when an analysis of sensor data indicates that a person (10):



    a) in the passage area (4) goes back in the direction of the entrance door arrangement (2a); and/or
    b) goes back after the exit door arrangement (2b) in the direction of the passage area (4).




    An illumination device (20), which is arranged in the passage area (4) can illuminate the passage area in different colors. The control device can enter different operating modes, wherein the entrance door arrangement (2a) and the exit door arrangement (2b) are controlled accordingly depending on the operating mode, and wherein the illumination device (20) illuminates the passage area (4) with different colors depending on the operating mode.

    摘要: Electro-mechanical and electronically controlled access devices are described for automatically controlling passage between two areas, and where a plurality of such access control devices may be ganged or clustered to provided additional throughput and directional control, including stacking a plurality of access control devices side by side within a cluster. Each access control device contains multiple rotatable and moveable door panels. The door panels are controlled by various drive mechanisms to enable passage through the device, while ensuring by the use of sensors that door panels avoid touching subjects as they traverse the device. The direction of flow through a device according to these embodiments is electronically controlled and may be changed from time to time. At any instant in time while being traversed, the flow through each device is unidirectional. Multiple devices within a cluster can be directionally controlled according to traffic, demand, time of day, or other factors.

The door system includes: a corridor sized to allow humans to move through the corridor, the corridor defined, at least in part by side walls, the corridor having a first end and a second end; a first door located at the first end, the first door configured to provide selective access between the corridor and a space outside of the corridor; a second door located at the second end, the second door configured to provide selective access between the corridor and a space outside of the corridor; and sensors configured to determine a direction of movement within the corridor, the sensors operatively connected to at least one of the first and second doors to cause at least one of the first and second doors to move to a closed position if any of the sensors detect a movement further than a threshold amount in an undesired direction.

    摘要: A secure passageway is described where a subject is required to pass through two or more chambers in order to travel between two areas, typically where one area is secure and the other is not. For a passageway including first and second chambers, three electronically controlled doorways are included: one between the two chambers; one between a first chamber and a first area; and one between the second chamber and a second area. Sensors are included to determine how many subjects have entered a chamber. Sensors are also included to determine if a subject represents a threat. Subjects determined to represent a threat may be detained or encouraged to reverse direction and exit the passageway through the door where they entered. When a subject is determined to represent a threat, an alarm is optionally sounded.
