摘要： A dump assembly having a fixed conduit and a rotatable conduit provided with overlapping plates, respectively, at their adjacent ends. The plates are formed with openings, respectively, normally offset from each other to block flow. The other end of the rotatable conduit is provided with means for securing the open end of a filled container thereto. Rotation of the rotatable conduit raises and inverts the container to empty the contents while concurrently aligning the conduit openings to permit flow of material therethrough.

摘要： An arrangement for unloading a bulk product bin of the type adapted to store a granulated or powdered product, and providing for tilting of the bin and vibration thereof in a tilted position while isolating the surrounding environment from vibrations induced in the product bin. The arrangement includes a base frame, an intermediate frame pivotably mounted on the base frame and a vibratory frame mounted on the intermediate frame. The intermediate frame pivots about a shaft relative to the base frame to a predetermined tilt angle, and isolation mountings are provided between the vibratory and intermediate frames mounted at the predetermined angle relative thereto. In this arrangement, the isolation mountings are positioned at the predetermined angle relative to a vertical when the intermediate frame is in an untilted position, but are mounted in a substantially vertical position when the intermediate frame is tilted to the predetermined angle. A vibrating assembly is mounted on the vibratory frame, and induces vibrations in both the frame and a product bin supported thereby.

摘要： A bobbin hoist powered by an air cylinder has a skip for holding, lifting, tilting, and dumping bobbins and is provided with skip guiding tracks to give substantially constantly increasing hoisting cable pull during tilting and dumping. A hinged door over the dumping mouth of the skip opens slowly to control dumping. Alternatively, a hinged dumping chute under the dumping mouth of the skip blocks dumping until the chute slowly unfolds downwardly to dumping position; a narrowed mouth on the chute further controls the bobbins for hand feeding therefrom.

摘要： Automatic collection of bulk materials such as garbage, mail, etc., by use of a plurality of pivotally supported collection receptacles, each having an open top and one opening normally closed by a pivoted closure. The collection receptacles are emptied into a transfer receptacle passed under each container by a truck to open the pivoted closure so that material in the collection receptacle falls into the transfer receptacle. When the transfer receptacle is full, it is elevated and tilted to place the contents in the truck.
